Cao Shihua， with stage name of Jin Long， was born in Jinan， Shandong Province 1940. He was drawn to painting and calligraphy from his earliest years and learned from Chinese outstanding art educator Nie Geng and great master of traditional Chinese painting Zhang Yanqing. He persisted in the creation and research of calligraphy and paintings although he was engaged in scientific research since his graduation. He used to be the provincial NPC delegate， PCC committee and special consultant. Currently， he is the director of Chinese Calligraphy Painting Promotion Society， the honorable president of Confucius Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the vice-chairman of Chinese Traditional Cultural Exchange Association etc. He created many famous artworks that draw wide attention， some of which have won many grand prizes and been collected by famous organizations. Mr. Cao is also keen on public welfare establishments and has been highly praised by Red Cross Society for his tremendous contributions.

曹世華，號(hào)東方，藝名金龍，1940年生于齊魯泉城。自幼喜愛(ài)書(shū)畫(huà)，曾先受教于中國(guó)杰出美術(shù)教育家聶耕先生，后拜師國(guó)畫(huà)大家張彥青先生。畢業(yè)后從事科研工作，但一直堅(jiān)持書(shū)法與繪畫(huà)的研究與創(chuàng)作，曾當(dāng)選為省人大代表、政協(xié)常委，連續(xù)六屆受聘為山東省政府專家顧問(wèn)。

為了提高書(shū)法藝術(shù)的理論水平，曹世華曾入省文化藝術(shù)研究院書(shū)法研究生班進(jìn)修，并以優(yōu)異的成績(jī)?nèi)〉脮?shū)法碩士資格。其書(shū)法以隸書(shū)見(jiàn)長(zhǎng)，繪畫(huà)主攻潑墨山水和梅花，被稱為“梅枝隸”。

近10年來(lái)，其作品多次在國(guó)內(nèi)獲獎(jiǎng)并被國(guó)內(nèi)外機(jī)構(gòu)和友人收藏。2001年為支持北京申奧，他創(chuàng)作了36米巨幅書(shū)法長(zhǎng)卷，受到媒體及藝術(shù)界的關(guān)注。作品現(xiàn)收藏于國(guó)家?jiàn)W林匹克委員會(huì)。

曹世華熱衷公益事業(yè)，多次出席殘聯(lián)、紅十字會(huì)等組織的義務(wù)筆會(huì)。2008年汶川大地震后，他專門為災(zāi)區(qū)創(chuàng)作并捐贈(zèng)大批書(shū)畫(huà)作品，還出資組織了幾十位書(shū)畫(huà)家集體筆會(huì)為災(zāi)區(qū)捐贈(zèng)，受到紅字會(huì)的高度評(píng)價(jià)。2009年全國(guó)第十一屆運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)前，他揮毫創(chuàng)作了一幅60米的巨幅書(shū)法長(zhǎng)卷捐贈(zèng)給大會(huì)，縮印本作為禮品贈(zèng)送給了有關(guān)國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及獲獎(jiǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員。

曹世華現(xiàn)為中國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)藝術(shù)促進(jìn)會(huì)理事、中國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)函授大學(xué)教授、中國(guó)孔子書(shū)畫(huà)研究院名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化交流協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)等。目前正專心撰寫(xiě)百米《道德經(jīng)》長(zhǎng)卷。
