結(jié)果

在責(zé)任護(hù)士的指導(dǎo)下，病人堅(jiān)持四肢功能鍛煉。兩周后。雙上肢活動(dòng)自如，手能握住并舉起100 ml的礦泉水瓶，右下肢踝關(guān)節(jié)可自主活動(dòng)，右足趾背伸力好，右膝關(guān)節(jié)能輕微活動(dòng)，左下膚足趾活動(dòng)微弱，患者對(duì)康復(fù)充滿信息。

Result

Under the guidance of the primary nurse，the patient exercised her limbs persistently．Two weeks later，the patient’s two arms had free movement，her two hands could hold and raise a bottle filled with 100 ml of water，her right ankle could move freely，the extension strength of her right toes was good，her right knee and left toes had slight movement，and the patient had full confidence onrehabilitation．

Comment

This episode showed that the nurse made the patient felt she had been caredand loved，she was safe，and established her self-confidence．The nurse did this with warm speech and proper guidance and encouragement．This made the patientregain her hope，courage and strength，and accelerated the patient’s rehabilotation．
