In light of Article 45 of the Policies forAutomobile Trade (No.16 Decree [2005]of the MOFCOM)， where any investor intends toestablish a foreign-invested enterprise engaged inautomobile trade， it/he shall satisfy the qualifica-tion conditions accordingly and comply with therelevant laws and regulations related to foreign in-vestment. ~ne establishment shall be subject to theprimary examination by the competent commer-cial department at the provincial level and thenthe examination and approval by the competentcommercial department under the State Council.For specific issues， please contact the provincialcompetent commercial department in the placewhere the enterprise is registered.
