Statistics issued by NEA (NationalEnergy Administration) on October26 showed that in the first three quar-ters of this year， there was an upwardtrend in dean energy development andit's estimated that by the end of 2010，China's wind power installation willreach 35 million kw and the entire solarenergy installation will hit 0.6 millionkw， with a twofold increase comparedwith that of last year.
