Xu Liaoyuan was born in 1963. He is the curator of XLY MoMA， the president of the FineArts College of Chengdu University， and the director of Sichuan Artists Association. Many ofhis works are collected by political VIPs and collectors all over the world. He has publishedmany large scale academic books and held various kinds of solo exhibitions for many times. Mr.Xu has widely learnt visual arts and attained a deep understanding about the Chinese art spirit.Via widely absorbing the marrow of traditional brush and ink skills， he tries to discard the drossand select the essential boldly， and has finally formed his unique art style.
