Dr. Joseph Cheung was born in Macao in 1948. He graduated from the department of artof Hong Kong Academy of Fine Arts. He established Perfect Art Academy Studio in 1984， andin 1987， he set up Huicai Art Club， and became the first president. He owned his doctor’sdegree from America A.C.U in 1997. He used to be the vice president of Hong Kong Modern Watercolor Painting Association. Now， he isthe director of Hong Kong Artists Association，the perpetual member of Hong Kong WritersAssociation， the perpetual member of HongKong Artists Union， and so on.
