Ms. Li Juying was born in Xixia，Shandong province in 1945. She graduatedfrom Luoyang Institute of Technology in 1969，and then taught at Luoyang Institute of Science Technology. Now， she is a national seniorpainter， a visiting professor of the artdepartment of China Network EducationCentre， and a professor of the traditionalculture seminar of China IndustryDevelopment Research Centre. Many of herworks have been chosen into national levelexhibitions and owned prizes. Some wererecorded into the Great Master of ChineseArts， Leaders of Chinese Calligraphy andPainting， and some other dictionary books.
