If you are seeking happiness in China， Hangzhou is the place to go as the capital of Zhejiang Province topped \"10 happiest cities\".

Shenyang，capital of Northeast China's Liaoning Province， finished runner-up in the poll conducted by Oriental Outlook magazine，ollowed by the Zhejiang Province cities of Ningbo and Taizhou.Zhuhai and Zhongshan，both in South China's Guangdong Province， were fifth and sixth， respectively. Qingdao， in eastern Shandong Province， was the seventh.

Shanghai， the country's commercial hub， ranked eighth， followed by the national capital Beijing. Chengdu， capital of southwestern Sichuan Province， was the tenth.

The poll conducted by the Shanghai-based magazine was under the administration of the Xinhua News Agency， the China Association of Mayors and the China Population Welfare Foundation.It asked people to name the city where it was the easiest to get a sense of happiness.

People could vote via text message， the Internet or by filling out a questionnaire.

Employment， income， social security， housing， medicare， environment and education， as well as the intensity of work pressure and relations between individuals and individual and society，were the major indices for selecting the happiest cities， according to the organizing committee.

Meanwhile， Dalian in Liaoning Province， is named as the best-mannered city. Shenzhen is the city with most rapid development. Tianjin， the municipality directly under the Central Government， is the most secure city. And Changsha is regarded as the city with the most happiness of entertainment.

去哪里尋找幸福？杭州應(yīng)該是最理想的去處。浙江省省會(huì)杭州榮登中國(guó)“十大最具幸福感城市”排行榜之首。

遼寧省省會(huì)沈陽(yáng)為第二大“最幸福城市”，其次是浙江省的寧波和臺(tái)州。廣東省的珠海和中山分別位居第五和第六；山東省的青島名列第七。

中國(guó)商業(yè)中心上海名列第八，其次是首都北京。四川省省會(huì)成都位居第十。

該項(xiàng)調(diào)查是在新華社、中國(guó)市長(zhǎng)協(xié)會(huì)和中國(guó)人口福利基金會(huì)的共同監(jiān)督下進(jìn)行的。調(diào)查要求人們投票選出他們心目中最具幸福感的城市。

投票方式包括發(fā)手機(jī)短信、登錄網(wǎng)站及填寫調(diào)查問卷。

據(jù)活動(dòng)組委會(huì)介紹，此次最幸福城市評(píng)選的主要依據(jù)包括：就業(yè)、收入、社會(huì)治安、住房、醫(yī)療保障、環(huán)境、教育、工作壓力、社會(huì)成員的關(guān)系及個(gè)人與社會(huì)的關(guān)系等。

此外，遼寧省大連市被評(píng)為“舉止最文明的城市”，深圳被評(píng)為“發(fā)展速度最快的城市”；天津被評(píng)為“最安全的城市”，而長(zhǎng)沙則是“最具娛樂幸福感的城市”。
