What kind of food do you like? To make us healthy, we should keep a goodeating habit in our daily lives.
Eat less fast food. Vegetables, fruits, milk, rice and noodles are healthy foodwe often eat. But many of the students like some food not healthy, such as ice-cream,fried chicken, hamburgers, potato chips and candies. Those are not good for us ifwe eat too much, especially the fast food. Don’t take in too much fat and sugar.Eat healthy food on time every day. Don’t be too hungry or too full. Drink enoughwater and do some exercise. It will be good for our healthy.
Keeping a good eating habit is not as easy as we think. We should stick tothe plan, and do everything on time.
良好的飲食習(xí)慣能讓我們健康
你喜歡哪種食物?為了身體健康,我們應(yīng)該在日常生活中保持健康的飲食習(xí)慣。
少吃快餐。蔬菜、水果、牛奶、米飯和面條是我們經(jīng)常吃的健康食品。但是許多學(xué)生喜歡一些不健康的食物,如冰淇淋、炸雞、漢堡包、薯片和糖果。那些對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)吃多了沒(méi)好處,尤其是快餐。不要攝入過(guò)多的脂肪和糖。每天按時(shí)吃健康的食物。不要太餓,也不要太飽。喝足夠的水,做一些運(yùn)動(dòng)。這對(duì)我們的健康有好處。
保持良好的飲食習(xí)慣并不像我們想的那么容易。我們應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持定好的計(jì)劃,按時(shí)做每件事。
