清晨天未大亮，伴隨著朦朧晨光和鑰匙聲響，馬懷龍開始了一天的工作。今年57歲的馬懷龍，2008年從部隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)到地方，成為青島市公安局市北分局興隆路派出所的一名社區(qū)民警。

馬懷龍腰間的挎包里常年揣著46把鑰匙，這是社區(qū)里的困難家庭自愿托付給他保管的。拎起這串沉甸甸的鑰匙，金屬碰撞的聲音，訴說著其背后的故事。

馬懷龍的第一把鑰匙來自社區(qū)的一戶殘疾人家庭。2011年10月，馬懷龍?jiān)谧咴L入戶時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，男主人杜盛昌由于糖尿病并發(fā)癥雙腿潰爛，卻沒錢就醫(yī)。馬懷龍當(dāng)即將他送往醫(yī)院，與同事們一起為他捐款治療。住院陪護(hù)期間，杜盛昌的妻子宋月蘭將家里鑰匙交給了馬懷龍，方便其照顧獨(dú)自在家的孩子，而這一幫就持續(xù)了十幾年。

此后，憑著真心和愛心，馬懷龍受到更多轄區(qū)居民的信任，他們主動將鑰匙交給馬懷龍保管，方便他隨時(shí)登門看望。這些鑰匙顏色樣式各不相同，馬懷龍都一一做了標(biāo)記，不止標(biāo)記在鑰匙表面，更標(biāo)記在他的心里。因?yàn)檫@些鑰匙經(jīng)常會被拿出來用，有的甚至每天都能用到，所以馬懷龍對每一把鑰匙都很熟悉。

46把鑰匙，一共重798克。馬懷龍每天拿著它們在社區(qū)里忙活，很多居民問他：“累么？”馬懷龍的答案是：“不累，但是很沉?！睂︸R懷龍來說，這些鑰匙是責(zé)任、是信任。馬懷龍16年如一日親民、愛民、助民的感人事跡在青島廣泛傳頌，也默默影響著他身邊的人，這些人圍繞在馬懷龍身邊，做著和馬懷龍一樣的事情。

轄區(qū)社會工作者、社會愛心人士、曾經(jīng)受到馬懷龍幫扶的人，主動和馬懷龍一起照顧轄區(qū)孤殘老人、幫扶困難群眾。隨著隊(duì)伍的逐漸壯大，“馬懷龍金盾志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)”成立，目前共有360余名志愿者。他們中有專業(yè)的律師團(tuán)隊(duì)，為困難家庭提供法律援助；有專業(yè)的醫(yī)護(hù)人員團(tuán)隊(duì)，為生病的困難群眾提供上門救助；有專業(yè)的心理咨詢師，為有精神疾病、心理問題的困難群眾提供心理疏導(dǎo)；有人民教師，輔助一些困難家庭的孩子學(xué)習(xí)；也有理發(fā)師，按期給老人理發(fā)。在志愿服務(wù)活動的影響感召下，越來越多的愛心企業(yè)、愛心人士加入這支隊(duì)伍，大家共同奉獻(xiàn)愛心，匯集智慧力量，讓困難群眾感受到社會溫暖。

一把鑰匙，一份承諾。16年來，從馬懷龍一個人的“一團(tuán)火”，到志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)的“滿天星”，馬懷龍敲開了困難家庭的房門，更打開了百姓的心門，生動踐行了“人民公安為人民”的時(shí)代擔(dān)當(dāng)和莊嚴(yán)承諾。

Mas 46 Keys

Ma Huailong is 57 years old. In 2008， he was transferred to a local unit from the army， becoming a community police officer at the Xinglong Road Police Station， Shibei Branch， Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau. Ma Huailong often carries 46 keys in his waist pack. Those keys were voluntarily entrusted to him by the elderly with no family and the disabled in the community.

These keys differ in both colors and styles. Ma Huailong made marks one by one， not only on the surface of each key， but also in his mind. These keys need frequent use， and some of them may be used every day， so Ma Huailong is familiar with every of them.

The 46 keys weigh a total of 798 grams. Ma Huailong bustles about with these keys every day. Many residents asked him if it was tiring. He answered， “No， but heavy.” For him， these keys symbolize heavy responsibility and trust. Staying close to， caring for and helping the people over the past 16 years， Ma Huailongs touching deeds have been widely praised in Qingdao， and silently influenced the people around him. They actively joined him to take care of the lonely and disabled elderly， and to help the people in straitened circumstances within their area of jurisdiction. With the gradual expansion of the team， Ma Huailong established “Ma Huailong Golden Shield Volunteer Service Team”. So far， the team has a total of over 360 volunteers. Influenced and inspired by the voluntary service campaign， a growing number of caring enterprises and people have joined the team， jointly made contributions， and pooled wisdom and strength to make the people in straitened circumstances feel social warmth.
