Social Welfare Logic Embedded into Business from the Perspective of Imprinting

Abstract： Whether commercial enterprises which hold priority on shareholdersbenefit can embed social welfare logic and pro?mote social entrepreneurship and common prosperity is of great importance. Based on imprinting theory，this essay explores the relation?ship between social imprinting and the social welfare logic embedded into business. Results show that pro-social growth environmentimprinting，pro-social work imprinting and pro-social education imprinting do work and reveal that social empathy，moral obligationand social self-efficacy mediate the relationship. In addition，the results show the differences between the three sources of imprinting.This essay enriches the contents of imprinting and compares the effect differences among various sources of imprinting.

Does the Long-term Real Estate Mechani abilize Housing Prices？

Abstract： Based on building a multi-task principal-agent model between the central government and local governments and anexpectation-based supply-demand model， this article empirically analyses the effect of long-term real estate mechanism in China tostabilize housing prices， and its mechanism and path by applying the RDiT and intensity DID models. Theoretically， the following hy?potheses are proposed： the degree of local governments' reliance on real estate taxation under the long-term real estate mechanism af?fects their resource allocation in the real estate sector and thus housing price volatility; policy uncertainty has an impact on expectedhouse prices and thus housing price volatility through macroeconomic and real estate markets， as well as local governments' reliance onreal estate taxation. The empirical results verify the theoretical hypothesis of this paper. In the short run， the long-run mechanism notonly returns the negatively deviated house prices to the equilibrium level， but also significantly reduces the housing price volatility. Inthe dynamic view， the positive effect of the long-run mechanism on house prices is significant and sustainable. As to the analysis of themechanism and path of of the long-term efficiency mechanism on housing prices， policy uncertainty is a significant force driving hous?ing price fluctuations under the long-term real estate mechanism. The dependence of local governments on real estate taxation positive?ly contributes to its impact on housing prices. Relatively speaking， the higher the dependence on real estate taxation， the more signifi?cant the impact of the long-term efficiency mechanism on housing prices. Because of the existence of policy uncertainty， expectationsis an important path to influence housing prices. The local governmentspolicy implementation intensity has a significant negative ef?fect on housing price expectations for both supply and demand. Furthermore， with above effect， policy uncertainty plays a significantpositive role in promoting housing prices.

Self-serving Leadership and EmployeesInnovative Behavior：Roles of Thriving at Work and Power Distance

Abstract： Based on conservation of resources theory，this paper which constructs a mediated moderation model，investigates theimpact of self-serving leadership on employeesinnovative behavior，the mediating role of thriving at work and the moderating role ofpower distance. Taking 402 organizational employees as samples，the empirical study shows that self-serving leadership has a negativeimpact on employeesinnovative behavior，and thriving at work plays a mediating role between them. Power distance moderates the ef?fect of self-serving leadership on innovative behavior. For employees with lower power distance，the negative impact of self-servingleadership on innovative behavior is stronger. The moderating effect of power distance is mediated by thriving at work. For employeeswith low level of power distance，self-serving leadership has a significant indirect negative effect on innovative behavior through thriv?ing at work，while for employees with high level of power distance，this indirect effect is not significant.

Research on the Mechanism of Enterprise Digitalization in Promoting Enterprise Sustainable Development

——Empirical Evidence from Chinese Listed Companies

Abstract： With the continuous promotion of the digital economy development strategy and the concept of sustainable develop?ment，whether enterprise digitalization can promote the enterprise sustainable development has aroused widespread concern in the aca?demic and practical circles. Based on the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2020，this paper ex?amines the influence effect and internal mechanism of enterprise digitalization on the enterprise sustainable development. This studyshows that：（1）Enterprise digitalization can significantly promote the enterprise sustainable development，and the research conclusionis still valid after considering a series of robustness and endogenous tests.（2）The mechanism analysis shows that enterprise digitaliza?tion promotes the enterprise sustainable development mainly by enhancing the internal control quality，improving the social responsi?bility performance，easing the degree of financing constraints and strengthening green technology innovation. This study provides a new research perspective for driving the enterprise sustainable development in the digital era，and also provides experience and enlighten?ment for enterprises to achieve digital transformation and sustainable development.

The Influence of Proving Goal Orientation on Tacit Knowledge-sharing Intention of Hotel Employees

——The Mediating Effects of Bootleg Innovation and Psychological Contract Fulfillment

Abstract： Based on psychological contract theory and social cognition theory， this study regards the bootleg innovation and psy?chological contract fulfillment as the intermediary， and uses the questionnaire survey to empirically analyze the influence mechanism ofproving goal orientation on the tacit knowledge-sharing intention of hotel employees. The results show that proving goal orientation hasa significant positive effect on tacit knowledge-sharing intention; Bootleg innovation and psychological contract fulfillment play partialmediating roles between proving goal orientation and tacit knowledge-sharing intention respectively. Bootleg innovation and psychologi?cal contract fulfillment have a chain mediating effect between proving goal orientation and tacit knowledge-sharing intention.

Measurement and Driving Effects of Multidimensional Relative Poverty In Rural China

Abstract： Now that China has completed the arduous task of eradicating extreme poverty，the focus of anti-poverty practice willshift to relative poverty，and the delineation of relative poverty measurement criteria is the basic condition for alleviating relative pover?ty. On the basis of CFPS database，this paper constructs a multidimensional relative poverty measurement system in rural areas fromthe material and spiritual levels，adopts the A-F method to measure the relative poverty index in rural areas and decomposes it at re?gional，provincial and dimensional levels，constructs the empirical model by selecting the variables related to individual and externalparameters，so as to analyze the poverty-causing factors and driving effects of rural relatively poor groups. The results showed that：Therelative poverty index and incidence rate of rural areas in China have been decreasing year by year，Changes in the population enteringand out of poverty are relatively stable. The relative poverty level in the western region is higher than that in the eastern region，withhigher poverty levels in the rural areas of the southwest and northeast. The index of economic，health and subjective evaluation dimen?sions to relative poverty is high，also medical security and health level are the main driving factors of the relative poverty group. Thedeficits of social and human capital has the greatest impact on the poverty status of relatively poor groups. Based on this，we proposesuitable relative poverty governance countermeasures for rural areas in China，and promote the effective connection between consolidat?ing the results of poverty eradication and rural revitalization.
