EU member countries are Chongqing’s major partners for international exchanges and cooperation.The two sides have conducted comprehensive and fruitful exchanges and cooperation in economy and trade, science and technology, education, and culture.The reporter learned from Chongqing FAO on May 25 that cooperation projects between Chongqing and the EU are progressing well, and the future development is promising.

The China-Europe Railway Express (Chongqing) has maintained a robust growth momentum in logistics exchanges with EU countries.Since 2011, it has operated more than 12,000 trips, with nearly 6,500 trains reaching EU countries directly.The China-Europe Railway Express (Chongqing) has operated nearly 20 routes directly to EU countries and has established distribution centers in 45 cities of 15 EU countries.Its transportation system can reach all EU countries.

According to statistics, from January to April this year, nearly 160 direct trains were operated between Chongqing and EU countries, transporting nearly 13,000 TEU containers with a cargo value of RMB13.4 billion.Regarding exports, Chongqing’s direct outbound trains to EU countries operated more than 90 trips, transporting about 7,470 TEU containers.The average time needed was about 16-17 days.The goods included electronic information products,automobiles and auto parts, mechanical accessories, furniture, plastic products,textiles, daily necessities, etc.As for imports, more than 60 direct return trains from EU countries to Chongqing were operated, transporting about 5,500 TEU containers.The goods were mainly imported whole vehicles and auto parts,mechanical parts, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, alcohol and food, and cosmetics.

歐盟國家是重慶十分重要的對外交往合作對象，雙方在經貿、科技、教育、文化等領域開展了全面且富有成果的交流與合作。記者5月25日從市政府外辦了解到，重慶與歐盟合作項目進展良好，未來發(fā)展可期。

據(jù)介紹，中歐班列（重慶）與歐盟國家物流交往勢頭良好。自2011年以來，中歐班列（重慶）已發(fā)運超1.2萬列，其中直達歐盟國家的班列已累計開行近6500列。目前，中歐班列（重慶）已開行直達歐盟國家鐵路線路近20條，已在歐盟15個國家45個城市建立集結分撥點，運輸輻射范圍可覆蓋歐盟全境。

據(jù)統(tǒng)計，今年1—4月，重慶—歐盟國家去回程直達班列數(shù)量發(fā)運近160列，運輸箱量近13000標箱，運輸貨值為134億元。其中，出口方面，重慶直達歐盟國家去程班列開行90余列，運輸箱量約7470標箱，平均運行時效16—17天左右，運輸貨物主要涉及電子信息產品、汽車整車及零配件、機械配件、家具、塑料制品、紡織品、日用品等；進口方面，歐盟國家直達重慶回程班列開行60余列，進口總箱量約5500標箱，運輸貨物主要為進口整車及汽配產品、機械工業(yè)配件、藥品及醫(yī)療器械、酒水食品、化妝品等消費品。

中德（重慶）智能產業(yè)園也在深入交往合作中不斷壯大。中德（重慶）智能產業(yè)園位于永川區(qū)，于2019年獲批成立，由德國高端數(shù)控機床、臺正機床產業(yè)聯(lián)盟和公共研發(fā)檢測平臺共三大塊構成，目前已初步形成了高端數(shù)控機床+普及性機床+公共研發(fā)檢測全產業(yè)鏈條。Intelligent Industrial Park is located in Yongchuan District, approved for establishment in 2019.It covers an area of 200 m2, consisting of German high-end CNC machine tools companies, Taizheng Machine Tool Industry Alliance, and a public R&D and testing platform.It has formed a whole industrial chain of high-end CNC machine tools, NC machine tools, and public R&D and testing.

Liebherr, the global machinery industry leader,and SW, known as the “Porsche of the machinetool industry”, have established their presence in the Industrial Park.The companies in the Park sell about one-third of CNC machine tools in Chongqing,building a reputation of “buying CNC machine tools in Yongchuan”.

China-Germany (Chongqing) Intelligent Industrial Park will build itself into a concentration of highend intelligent industrial clusters and an important exchange and cooperation platform for Chinese and German intelligent industries.It will gather technologies, capital, and talent needed for innovative development.This can help Chongqing become an important intelligent industry base in China, realize industrial transformation and upgrading, and promote high-quality economic development.By 2025, the built-up area of the Park will reach 5 km2with improved infrastructure facilities.The surrounding living area will be built with European style and German elements.It will attract more German companies, serve as an important window for Chongqing’s international cooperation and opening up, and become a first-class intelligent park in Western China.

Cooperation between Chongqing and Sweden is also doing well.The EU delegation visited the Sandvik Coromant Center(Chongqing), the world’s leading metal-cutting tool manufacturer,to learn about its development in Chongqing.With the support of Chongqing government departments, the Center got off to a steady start.It successfully held the Grand Opening Ceremony and the Aerospace Tech Forum in May this year.

Chongqing FAO noted that it would work with relevant organizations and departments to serve as bridges connecting China and other countries.By optimizing the environment and setting up platforms, it will continuously strengthen friendly exchanges between Chongqing and EU countries, enhance mutual understanding and friendship, and pool together consensuses for cooperation.As always, Chongqing FAO will expand and deepen exchanges and cooperation with EU countries in economy and trade, science and technology, culture, people-to-people exchanges,and local interactions to deliver mutual benefits for win-win development.

產業(yè)園成功引入了全球機械行業(yè)龍頭德國利勃海爾、被譽為“機床行業(yè)保時捷”的德國埃斯維機床。園區(qū)入駐企業(yè)數(shù)控機床銷售量約占全市的三分之一，形成了“買數(shù)控機床到永川”的良好口碑。

據(jù)了解，中德（重慶）智能產業(yè)園將打造成高端智能產業(yè)集聚區(qū)和中德智能產業(yè)交流合作重要平臺，帶動技術、資本、人才等各類創(chuàng)新要素集聚，助力重慶加快建成國家重要的智能產業(yè)基地，實現(xiàn)產業(yè)轉型升級，推動經濟高質量發(fā)展。力爭到2025年，園區(qū)建成面積達到5平方公里，園區(qū)基礎設施條件完善，集聚德國元素、具有歐洲風情的生活配套區(qū)基本建成，引進更多德國企業(yè)，成為重慶對外合作開放的重要展示窗口、西部一流的智能生態(tài)園區(qū)。

重慶與瑞典的合作也進展良好。在渝期間，歐盟使節(jié)團一行深入山特維克可樂滿中心（重慶），了解全球領先的金屬切削刀具制造企業(yè)山特維克可樂滿在渝發(fā)展情況。在重慶有關部門的支持下，該企業(yè)起步穩(wěn)健，并于今年5月在重慶成功舉辦山特維克可樂滿中心（重慶）開業(yè)儀式暨航空航天科技盛會。

市政府外辦表示，將會同相關單位和機構，積極發(fā)揮聯(lián)通中外的橋梁紐帶作用，優(yōu)環(huán)境、搭平臺，不斷加強重慶與歐盟國家及有關地方的友好往來，增進相互了解和友誼，凝聚合作共識，持續(xù)拓展深化與歐盟各國在經貿、科技、人文、地方友好等多領域的交往合作，互利共贏，共促發(fā)展。
