Abstract:The inheritor is the living carrier of intangible cultural heritage. The key to protecting intangible cultural heritage lies in the individual. However, only emphasizing the identification of individual inheritors and neglecting the protection of group rights and interests will seriously affect the enthusiasm and innovation of intangible cultural heritage inheritance. Strengthening the legal protection of representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage is a policy requirement that emphasizes the protection and identification of intangible cultural heritage inheritors, promotes the diversified reality of intangible cultural heritage inheritance teams, and also achieves the formation and continuation of cultural diversity, which is supported by the theory of group personality and cultural rights. Currently, there are still problems in the protection of representative inheritance groups of intangible cultural heritage in China, such as inconsistent understanding of their nature and connotation, incomplete recognition mechanisms, unclear related rights and interests, and the lack of effective management systems. It should be suggested to improve the relevant legislation for the improvement of representative inheritance groups of intangible cultural heritage, reasonably clarify the concept of representative inheritance groups, unify the recognition conditions and procedures of representative inheritance groups of intangible cultural heritage, strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of representative inheritance groups of intangible cultural heritage, establish and improve management systems for support, evaluation, and withdrawal of representative inheritance groups of intangible cultural heritage.

Abstract: The construction of national states is one of the important themes of modern history in Northeast Asia, and this theme has different contents and characteristics at different historical stages. In the process of modern history in Northeast Asia, people from various countries including neighboring countries have left a large number of travel records during their travels and inspections in this region. Among them, anthropologists’ travelogue ethnography is most closely related to the theme of construction of national states, which contains rich contents on constructing national states. The different contents and characteristics of the construction of national states in the region at different historical stages are also fully reflected in this type of travel records here.
