Northeast China have the unique and advanced history and culture，have provided the firm cultural confidence，which make it become the strategic support of Chinese-type modernization.The Northeast China is about‘the five major national security’，This historical position has laid a solid material foundation for the Northeast China to become the strategic support of Chinese-type modernization. Actions such as accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces have created important guarantee conditions for Northeast China to become a strategic support for Chinese-type modernization.Entering the deep history and culture of Northeast China，grasping the general trend of Northeast China’s future development，aiming at the strategic positioning of it，maintaining strategic focus，adhering to the strategic direction，making strategic choices，it is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to promote the Chinese-style modernization through the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.

New Strategy of Comprehensive Revitalization in Northeast China:Constructing the New Pattern of Northeast Economic Geography

The all-round revitalization of Northeast China should break the vicious circle of lagging economic growth and the deterioration of population conditions. The key lies in building a scientific spatial development model and a regional coordinated development mechanism，and cultivating the endogenous momentum of the overall economic development of Northeast China. The declining industrial competitiveness in Northeast China and the weak degree of internal and external economic connections are the specific mapping of insufficient endogenous momentum and the result of interactions of multiple factors.Based on the theory of“Point-axis System”theory and collaborative theory to build the northeast development mechanism analysis framework，and combined with the basic conditions of the development of northeast and the underlying logic,this paper puts forward new ideas of the comprehensive revitalization，i.e.，building One-axis Strategy of“Ha-Chang-Shen-Da”.This strategy constructs a regional coordinated and interconnected development model covering four major cities in northeast central China，including Harbin，Changchun，Shenyang and Dalian.Through policy coordination，industrial coordination，innovation coordination and opening coordination，this strategy will create a new development pattern of northeast China，and enhance the overall competitiveness of Northeast China. This strategy enhances the internal impetus and reliability of integrating into the domestic cycle，improves the quality and level of participation in the international cycle，strengthens the strategic upgrading of economic cooperation between Northeast China and Northeast Asian countries，and promotes Northeast China to become the highland of regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.

On the Criminal Defence Based on Electronic Evidence

Criminal defence in the new era is facing an opportunity of innovation and reconstruction. In view of the massive amount of electronic evidence resources in various criminal cases，lawyers should adequately explore them to consolidate the effective assistance of counsel，and legal researchers should highlight the dependence principal of academic and technique to promote the improvement of defence practice and the construction of the rule of law in China. The criminal defence based on electronic evidence cannot be simply treated as one reified form of the defence of evidence，but is a new type of defence that starts by and evolves with electronic evidence，with the characteristics of“conforming to big data thinking”，“presenting an active offensive defence”and“implementing digital site investigation”. It can be divided into two categories of small defence and big defence of electronic evidence according to the form of expression. The former refers to put forward defences on the evidential legality by the system theory of“Expert Opinion-Electronic Data（media）-Forensics Record”，defences on the evidential relevance by the double-relevance theory of“Content-Carrier”，and defences on the evidential authenticity by the rational truth theory，respectively；the latter refers to the review of the existing electronic evidence system and the discovery of unknown electronic evidence as the paths，to implement strong substantive，procedural，policy & common-sense defences. In the future，lawyers should develop professional skills for accurate copying and efficient review，and legal norms should improve the relevant systems for electronic evidence and reduce the negative effects of simplified accusations，to develop the blue ocean of defense of digital China.

The Participation of Voluntary Services and Its Influencing Mechanism:The Study of Chinese Adolescent

Based on the national survey date，this paper analyzes the general status，main characteristics and the influencing mechanism of the voluntary services participation of Chinese adolescent group.The analysis shows that the participation rate of Chinese adolescent is higher than other groups in China. Also，the voluntary activities of Chinese adolescent are mainly motivated by formal organizers，especially the universities and schools.Simultaneously，it encounters several problems，like the shortfall in voluntary services security guarantee and ignorance of the needs of adolescent.The results of the model analysis confirms that the school factors have an impact on whether young people participate in voluntary services，but have no effect on the frequency. It is caused by inadequate mobilization of the subjectivity of the youth by schools.Therefore，it is necessary to strengthen the mobilization of the young people and to respect the subjectivity of young people，which requires schools to improve the voluntary service security system.

Full Understanding of China’s Food Security from Perspective of the Greater Food Approach

The Greater Food Approach View（GFA）and Food Security are two closely related contents of food economy.How to fully understand China’s food security from the perspective of GFA is of great significance to food security work.This paper firstly reviews the historical evolution of China’s food security，analyzes the new thinking of China’s food security under the background of GFA，and puts forward the main measures to consolidate the foundation of China’s food security in the whole range. The results show that，since the reform and opening-up，China’s food security has experienced five stages：improvement，fluctuation，challenge，strong guarantee and steady progress. In the context of the GFA，food security work needs a new thinking，which should grasp the food grain security，rely on the market mechanism，use the international market，and consider the sustainability of resources and the environment and the food system cycle. To consolidate China’s food security in an all-round way，we need to make efforts from the aspects of food grains，feed grains，seed grains and diversified food supplies，and make full use of the international market to form double cycle system of internal and external interaction，and pay attention to saving grains and reducing losses.
