Field Visit to Chongqing Pengshui Autonomous County by the Delegation of the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs

為加強(qiáng)檢查督導(dǎo)推動(dòng)做好中央外辦定點(diǎn)幫扶工作，11月2日至3日，中央紀(jì)委國(guó)家監(jiān)委駐中央外辦紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察組組長(zhǎng)張際文率調(diào)研組一行赴重慶彭水縣調(diào)研，看望慰問(wèn)駐村干部，考察幫扶成果，查看產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展并與部分群眾交流座談。

In order to strengthen inspection and supervision and promote the targeted assistance work of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, Zhang Jiwen,Head of the Disciplinary Inspection Group of the CCDI and the NCS in the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, led a team to Chongqing Pengshui Autonomous County from November 2ndto 3rd. The delegation visited resident officials,inquired about the outcomes of the targeted assistance, learned about the industrial development, and talked with locals.

7月19日至22日，中央外辦外事管理局局長(zhǎng)李念平率調(diào)研組赴重慶彭水縣調(diào)研，并參加重慶市委外辦召開的地方外事工作座談會(huì)，聽取相關(guān)市級(jí)政府部門、區(qū)縣對(duì)外事管理工作的意見建議，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)中央外辦定點(diǎn)幫扶工作，助力重慶高質(zhì)量建設(shè)中西部國(guó)際交往中心。

From July 19thto 22nd, Li Nianping, Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Management Administration of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, led a team to Chongqing Pengshui Autonomous County and participated in the local foreign affairs symposium held by the Office of Foreign Affairs Work Commission of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee to listen to the opinions and suggestions of relevant municipal government departments and districts/counties on foreign affairs management to promote the targeted assistance work and help Chongqing build into the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China by high standards.

Chongqing FAO Delegation Visiting Sichuan International Studies University

11月1日，市政府外辦黨組書記、主任王雯一行，赴四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)開展“學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹黨的二十大精神，做好新時(shí)期外事工作”專題調(diào)研，推動(dòng)在四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)設(shè)立中西部國(guó)際交往研究中心。

On November 1st, Wang Wen, Director-General of the Office of Foreign Affairs Work Commission of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group, and Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, visited Sichuan International Studies University (SISU) focusing on “Learning,Communicating, and Implementing the Guiding Principles of the 20thCPC National Congress, and Providing Quality Foreign Affairs Services in the New Era”, proposing the establishment of a research institute for Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China at SISU.

Chongqing FAO Delegation Visiting Yongli Village, Bayang Town, Yunyang County to Study the Rural Revitalization Work

1月12日，市政府外辦黨組書記、主任王雯帶隊(duì)赴云陽(yáng)縣巴陽(yáng)鎮(zhèn)永利村，調(diào)研鄉(xiāng)村振興和對(duì)口幫扶工作，看望慰問(wèn)老黨員、脫貧戶、留守兒童代表。

On January 12th, Wang Wen, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government,led a team to Yongli Village, Bayang Town, Yunyang County to learn about rural revitalization and targeted assistance efforts.They also visited elderly CPC members,households that were lifted out of poverty, and stay-at-home children.

The Chongqing-Hong Kong Joint Study Team Visiting Yongchuan and Dazu to Learn About the Development of the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China

6月21日至22日，市政府外辦黨組成員、副主任，市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜同渝港聯(lián)合調(diào)研組一行調(diào)研大足區(qū)、永川區(qū)，深入了解兩區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況和對(duì)外事港澳資源助力發(fā)展的需求，推動(dòng)中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)，高質(zhì)量服務(wù)開放發(fā)展。

From June 21stto 22nd, Zhang Yaxi,Member of the Leading Party Members’Group and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government and Deputy Director-General of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government, joined the Chongqing-Hong Kong Study Team, visiting Yongchuan District and Dazu District to learn about what international and Hong Kong and Macao resources that the two districts needed. The aim also included promoting the development of the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China and accelerating high-quality opening-up.

5月26日至27日，市政府外辦黨組成員、副主任周毅，一級(jí)巡視員唐文一行赴武隆區(qū)就打造精品外事參訪點(diǎn)、公共場(chǎng)所外語(yǔ)標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌規(guī)范化設(shè)置、國(guó)際會(huì)議舉辦等事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行調(diào)研，進(jìn)一步精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)武隆擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開放，加快建設(shè)成為世界知名旅游目的地、綠色發(fā)展創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)。

From May 26thto 27th, Zhou Yi, Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, and Tang Wen, Inspector at Level 1 of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, led a delegation to Wulong District with agenda including the development of premium destinations for receiving foreign guests,the standardization of foreign language signs in public places, and the organization of international conferences. Their visit aimed to investigate ways to tailor services for Wulong in order to enhance openingup efforts and accelerate its development into a worldrenowned tourist destination and a demonstration area of green growth innovations.

10月28日，市政府外辦黨組成員、副主任李明全一行赴銅梁區(qū)調(diào)研，了解該區(qū)外事工作開展情況，推動(dòng)外事資源更好服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展，形成合力推動(dòng)中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)。

On October 28th, Li Mingquan, Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, led the team to Tongliang District to learn about the foreign affairs work in the district and facilitate the local socio-economic development with foreign affairs resources. Joint efforts were explored to promote the development of the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China.

From June 21stto 22nd, Feng Zimin, Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government,led a team to Pengshui Autonomous County to learn about the development of the demonstration for international cooperation in rural revitalization. 3月8日，市政府外辦黨組成員、二級(jí)巡視員王廣成一行赴長(zhǎng)壽區(qū)、中國(guó)瑞士商會(huì)西南分會(huì)調(diào)研，助力中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)、服務(wù)區(qū)縣開放發(fā)展，切實(shí)幫助解決其涉外事務(wù)相關(guān)問(wèn)題。

On March 8th, Wang Guangcheng, Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Inspector at Level 2 of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government,and his delegation visited Changshou District and the SwissCham South-West China to offer help in developing the Center for International Exchange in Central and Western China, serve the opening-up and development of the District,and offer solutions to foreign-affairs-related issues.

Safe Evacuation of a Chongqing Sudent from Ukraine

3月1日，在烏克蘭基輔大學(xué)就讀的重慶籍留學(xué)生朱同學(xué)向重慶外事微信公眾號(hào)后臺(tái)發(fā)送求助信息，希望盡快從烏克蘭撤離。獲悉情況后，重慶市政府外辦高度重視，第一時(shí)間安排公眾號(hào)工作人員與其取得聯(lián)系，及時(shí)分享中國(guó)駐烏克蘭大使館《關(guān)于在烏中國(guó)公民可以乘烏專列撤往西部鄰國(guó)的通知》，為其安全撤離提供信息。

On March 1st, Zhu, a student from Chongqing studying at the National University of Kyiv in Ukraine,sent a message for help to the official WeChat account of Chongqing Foreign Affairs, hoping to evacuate from Ukraine as soon as possible. After learning about his urgent need, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government attached great importance to it. Our staff got in touch with Zhu immediately and provided him with information for his safe evacuation such as the “Notice on Taking Charted Trains to Evacuate from Ukraine to Neighboring Countries in the West for Chinese Nationals” published by the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine.

2022 Chongqing Video Clips Competition for Overseas Consular Protection

5月，市政府外辦聯(lián)合市教委、市公安局、市商務(wù)委、市衛(wèi)生健康委、市國(guó)資委舉辦“2022重慶市海外領(lǐng)事保護(hù)短視頻競(jìng)賽”，28個(gè)區(qū)縣（自治縣）政府外辦參賽。參賽作品生動(dòng)展現(xiàn)“世界這么大 祖國(guó)在身邊”的豐富內(nèi)涵，增進(jìn)廣大市民與機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)領(lǐng)保工作的了解，提高海外安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范意識(shí)與能力。

In May, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Education, the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Public Security, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Health, and the Chongqing Municipal Commission of State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration held the “2022 Chongqing Video Clips Competition for Overseas Consular Protection”. Contestants from foreign affairs offices of 28 districts/counties /autonomous counties participated in the competition. Their works vividly demonstrated the motherland’s unwavering support for every individual, no matter where they are in the world. People in Chongqing knew more about consular protection and improved their awareness and capabilities in identifying risks when traveling abroad.

Coordinating COVID-19 Responses and Resumption of Production and Work, Chongqing FAO CPC Members and Staff Volunteering in Communities

2022年9月，市政府外辦聯(lián)合市衛(wèi)生健康委、渝中區(qū)政府共同舉辦外國(guó)駐渝領(lǐng)館疫情防控政策溝通會(huì)。

市政府外辦牽頭重慶江北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)口岸疫情防控工作專班。

全市“外防輸入”集中隔離點(diǎn)市政府外辦酒店組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查。

牽頭全市“外防輸入”工作，筑牢疫情防控嚴(yán)密防線。及時(shí)優(yōu)化調(diào)整邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)人來(lái)渝管理政策，解決重點(diǎn)外資企業(yè)重要關(guān)鍵技術(shù)人員來(lái)華簽證、航班保障、入境隔離等系列問(wèn)題。為重要商務(wù)、科技等方面入境人員申請(qǐng)包機(jī)通過(guò)“快捷通道”來(lái)渝，探索建立入境免隔離閉環(huán)接待區(qū)“閉環(huán)泡泡”，成功接待世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人入境來(lái)渝參訪。優(yōu)化整合護(hù)照、簽證、領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證、APEC商務(wù)旅行卡等業(yè)務(wù)，打造智慧外事信息平臺(tái)，持續(xù)推進(jìn)“一站式”辦理。

Chongqing FAO took the lead in coordinating efforts to guard against overseas COVID-19 cases, building stringent lines of defense against the coronavirus. We promptly optimized and adjusted the management policy of issuing invitations to foreigners and solved issues such as visa application, flights, and entry quarantine for key technical personnel of key foreign-funded enterprises.Chartered flight applications were processed in a fasttracked manner for key business and technical personnel to enter Chongqing. Quarantine-free “Closed-Loop Bubbles” were set up. We successfully received heads of Fortune 500 enterprises when they visited Chongqing.Services were consolidated and improved related to passport, visa, consular certification, APEC Business Travel Card, etc. The smart foreign affairs information platform was set up to offer one-stop services.

2022年11月，全市疫情形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜，市政府外辦116名黨員干部職工到社區(qū)參與核酸檢測(cè)、政策宣傳、物資配送等志愿服務(wù)工作，為疫情防控貢獻(xiàn)重慶外事人的力量。

In November 2022, Chongqing experienced a round of serious and complex COVID-19 infections. 116 CPC members and staff of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government volunteered in communities, helping with nucleic acid tests, communicating policies,and distributing supplies. We have made our due contributions to the battle against COVID-19.
