普隆金娜·奧莉婭（Pronkina Olga，俄羅斯），博士，甘肅政法大學絲路法學院教授，甘肅省“敦煌獎”獲得者，國聲智庫文明之光2021中國文化交流年度人物。致力于做敦煌的“外國女兒”，甘肅省聯(lián)合國教科文組織協(xié)會青年專家。

今年是我第三次親歷中國共產黨的全國代表大會。我目前在甘肅政法大學任教，主要從事文物保護法領域的工作。我同時也是蘭州大學“敦煌學”專業(yè)博士生，主要研究方向是中亞文物考古。作為敦煌學在海外的一個大的分支與延伸，“一帶一路”倡議為中亞文物考古今后的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了有力的保障。

習近平主席2019年在考察調研敦煌莫高窟及敦煌研究院時指出，要“推動敦煌文化研究服務共建‘一帶一路’”“開展多種形式的國際性展陳活動和文化交流對話，展示我國敦煌文物保護和敦煌學研究的成果，努力掌握敦煌學研究的話語權”，可見他對敦煌學及文物保護的高度重視。前不久，習近平主席在烏茲別克斯坦出席上海合作組織成員國元首理事會期間，還專門提到了中烏合作修復希瓦古城古跡項目事宜?？梢娫凇耙粠б宦贰背h下，中外聯(lián)合保護文物古跡已經進入了實質性的合作階段。這也是我目前從事的研究方向，看到這些令我感到非常欣慰和充滿使命感。

習近平主席在中共二十大報告的第八部分指出“推進文化自信自強，鑄就社會主義文化新輝煌”，強調要“增強中華文明傳播力影響力”“堅守中華文化立場”“講好中國故事、傳播好中國聲音，展現(xiàn)可信、可愛、可敬的中國形象”“推動中華文化更好走向世界”，這是對我們外籍工作者的激勵與號召。作為外國專家，我將以更加積極和自信的態(tài)度參與中國文物保護工作，并向更多的外國人講述中國在新時代建設中取得的偉大成就和形成的有效經驗，加深他們對現(xiàn)代中國全方位的理解和認識。

This year is the third time I have witnessed the National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) .I am currently teaching at Gansu University of Political Science and Law,mainly working on protecting cultural relics.In the meantime,I am also a doctoral student at Lanzhou University majoring in “Dunhuang Studies,” and my main research direction is cultural relics and archaeology of Central Asia.As an extensive branch and extension of Dunhuang studies overseas,the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) provides a strong guarantee for the future sustainable development of both cultural relics and archaeology in Central Asia.

When President Xi Jinping investigated and surveyed Mogao Caves and Dunhuang Academy in 2019,he pointed out that it is necessary to “promote the cultural research services of Dunhuang for co-building BRI,implement various kinds of international exhibitions and displays,and cultural exchange dialogues as well,and show the achievements of the protection for cultural relics and researches of Dunhuang studies,endeavoring to hold the voice of Dunhuang studies.” It can be seen that he attached great importance to Dunhuang’s studies and the protection of cultural relics.Recently,when President Xi Jinping attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) Summit in Uzbekistan,he mentioned the China-Uzbekistan cooperation project for restoring the ancient monuments of Khiva.It can be seen that under the BRI,the joint protection of cultural relics and historic sites between China and foreign countries has entered a substantial and cooperative stage.This is not only what I am currently working on but also very gratifying and full of commitment.

In article 8 of the report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC,President Xi Jinping pointed out to “build cultural confldence and strength and secure new successes in developing socialist culture.” He then emphasized the need to “extend the reach and appeal of Chinese civilization” and “stay flrmly rooted in Chinese culture.” He further said that we had “better tell China’s stories,make China’s voice heard,and present a China that is credible,appealing,and respectable” and “better present Chinese culture to the world.” For we expatriates working here in China,this is an inspiration and a way of calling.As a foreign expert,I will join in protecting Chinese cultural relics with a more enthusiastic and confldent attitude.I will also tell more foreigners about China’s outstanding achievements and adequate experience building a new era to improve their comprehensive understanding and knowledge of China in modern times.
