夏秋之交，泉城濟(jì)南迎來(lái)一場(chǎng)重量級(jí)盛會(huì)。世界先進(jìn)制造業(yè)大會(huì)與山東的再次“牽手”，搭建起了一個(gè)更好展現(xiàn)山東制造業(yè)新成就的平臺(tái)，一個(gè)制造強(qiáng)省的形象愈加清晰。

作為全國(guó)工業(yè)門(mén)類最齊全、基礎(chǔ)最雄厚、結(jié)構(gòu)最完整、配套最完備的省份之一，山東在全國(guó)工業(yè)和制造業(yè)版圖中無(wú)疑占有重要位置，是名副其實(shí)的工業(yè)大省和制造業(yè)大省?？梢哉f(shuō)，制造業(yè)是山東的根基所在、優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。

黨的十八大以來(lái)，山東制造業(yè)在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域取得亮眼成績(jī)。重型商用車(chē)動(dòng)力總成、前置前驅(qū)8檔自動(dòng)變速器等重大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)，取得國(guó)密算法物聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全芯片、磁懸浮離心鼓風(fēng)機(jī)等一批標(biāo)志性成果，高熱效率柴油機(jī)、己二腈制備等重大技術(shù)打破國(guó)外壟斷，雪蠟車(chē)、時(shí)速600公里高速磁浮列車(chē)等一批重大裝備填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)空白……“國(guó)之重器”里的山東元素，彰顯了山東制造業(yè)的硬核實(shí)力。

十年來(lái)，山東持續(xù)推動(dòng)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)做強(qiáng)做優(yōu)做大。尤其是新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換重大工程實(shí)施以來(lái)，山東頂住“騰籠換鳥(niǎo)、鳳凰涅槃”的陣痛，堅(jiān)決淘汰落后動(dòng)能、改造提升傳統(tǒng)動(dòng)能、培育壯大新動(dòng)能，動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換加力提速，轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展成效顯著。

山東大力培育先進(jìn)制造業(yè)集群，積極打造特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)，在應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情等外部沖擊中展現(xiàn)了強(qiáng)大的韌性和潛力。在今年發(fā)布的“中國(guó)制造業(yè)企業(yè)500強(qiáng)”名單中，山東有74家企業(yè)上榜，而在擁有國(guó)家級(jí)專精特新“小巨人”企業(yè)及制造業(yè)單項(xiàng)冠軍數(shù)量方面，山東均居全國(guó)前三。

隨著科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展，制造業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型成為大勢(shì)所趨。山東將推動(dòng)制造業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型作為重大工程，特別是把工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為關(guān)鍵抓手，通過(guò)建平臺(tái)、用平臺(tái)“雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng)”，推動(dòng)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)應(yīng)用加快向高層次、多領(lǐng)域深化。此外，在“雙碳”背景下，山東致力于推動(dòng)制造業(yè)綠色化發(fā)展，也取得了一系列成果。

錨定“走在前、開(kāi)新局”，山東高質(zhì)量推進(jìn)制造強(qiáng)省建設(shè)，為“十四五”邁向更高層次奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)?；赝陙?lái)山東制造業(yè)“解鎖”的新成就，令人歡欣鼓舞。立足新發(fā)展階段，貫徹新發(fā)展理念，山東制造業(yè)將繼續(xù)走好高質(zhì)量發(fā)展之路，向“新”而行，在服務(wù)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略大局中作出新的貢獻(xiàn)。

Manufacturing industry is the foundation and advantage of Shandong. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC， Shandong’s manufacturing industry has secured eye-catching achievements in many fields. The Shandong elements in “the national advanced equipment” show the hard core strength of Shandong manufacturing.

Shandong vigorously cultivates advanced manufacturing clusters and actively builds characteristic and advantageous industrial gathering areas. On the list of “Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises” released this year， there are 74 companies in Shandong. In terms of the number of new “l(fā)ittle giants” enterprises and manufacturing single championships， Shandong ranks in the top three of the whole country.

Looking back at the new achievements of Shandong manufacturing in the past ten years， it is encouraging. Based on the new stage of development and implementing the new development concept， Shandong’s manufacturing industry will continue to take the road of high-quality development， make new achievements and contributions to serving the national strategic situation.
