Beijing， the city possessing the most heritage sites in the world， held a competition for “finding the gold badges hidden within China’s cultural heritage”. To unearth the silver and gold medallions hidden amongst China’s cultural heritage sites， many guardians flocked to Beijing. With the bright-colored cartoons， children were immersed in captivating stories， learning knowledge about China’s “tangible” and “intangible” cultural heritage. Through this， they may understand the origin， formation process， unique features， and developing trends of Chinese culture. The “original intention and mission” of the authors were to interest teenage readers in the cultural depth and vitality of Chinese civilization through their enjoyable reading experience.
