上海靜安新地標(biāo)，高密度城市中的立體浮園

5月22日，UCCA尤倫斯當(dāng)代藝術(shù)中心全國第三座場館正式入駐由Aedas打造的上海盈凱文創(chuàng)廣場。作為2021年初竣工的新項目，盈凱文創(chuàng)廣場憑借其獨特的建筑設(shè)計，已成為上海靜安的都市文化新地標(biāo)，立體雕塑般的建筑輪廓，無形中傳遞著凝固的藝術(shù)之美，開放的空間設(shè)計，聯(lián)動濱河區(qū)域一同打造出嶄新的城市會客廳。

項目地處上海老城文化門戶引領(lǐng)區(qū)與蘇河灣金融板塊之間的蘇河灣區(qū)域，毗鄰蘇州河的黃金岸線，是城市核心區(qū)難得的濱水城市空間，具備連接城市公共活動，聯(lián)動腹地與河濱的優(yōu)越條件。同時，地塊周邊業(yè)態(tài)繁復(fù)，地鐵雙線接駁，大型商業(yè)綜合體、高端住宅、老公房與待改造的歷史建筑分布在四周，形成了傳統(tǒng)歷史人文與現(xiàn)代商業(yè)交織的復(fù)雜地塊網(wǎng)絡(luò)與城市肌理。

為打造出開放的城市文化共享空間，團隊提出了“浮園”的設(shè)計概念，最大限度利用于地表之上的空間，以懸浮錯落的體量在高密度的城市空間中，堆砌出一座立體的空中藝術(shù)花園，搭配立體雕塑般的立面設(shè)計，猶如浮于蘇州河畔的懸浮之境，完美呈現(xiàn)出城市藝術(shù)生活的衍生載體。

設(shè)計根據(jù)退界要求逐步對基本體量進行雕刻，通過退、蓋、挑、疊的手法，巧妙地解決了由于場地限制與需求相悖的難題?？紤]到地鐵站的流線、通風(fēng)及位置等限制，設(shè)計將地鐵上蓋與建筑主體脫離開，以挑空的首層空間擺脫1/3地塊不設(shè)置結(jié)構(gòu)物的限制，通過建筑體量覆蓋地鐵設(shè)施，最大化場地空間利用率，打造出開闊的城市共享空間。

塔樓采用功能堆砌的縱向疊合設(shè)計，以富有動感韻律的退臺打造出體塊堆疊的視覺效果，在錯落中創(chuàng)造出豐富的空間場景，以立體都市會客廳為蘇州河連貫的城市區(qū)域注入嶄新活力。設(shè)計通過極具動感的多層退臺空間，將限制變?yōu)閮?yōu)勢，打破規(guī)整的建筑輪廓，以極具地標(biāo)性的最優(yōu)建筑形態(tài)，實現(xiàn)功能區(qū)域的自然劃分。并將退臺空間打造成為戶外綠洲，釋放出更多城市空間，不僅滿足了商業(yè)與文化辦公空間的高品質(zhì)定位，營造出綠色宜人的環(huán)境，同時跳層開放的露臺空間，為藝術(shù)展館提供了獨特的藝術(shù)品展示交流的場所，可在遠(yuǎn)眺陸家嘴天際線的美景中，盡享藝術(shù)之美。

Shanghai EDGE — Floating Garden Amidst Modernity

On May 22, the third venue of UCCA Center for Contemporary Art in China officially settled in Aedas-designed Shanghai Yingkai Cultural Plaza—EDGE.

Shanghai EDGE is located in the Suhewan area, close to Shanghai’s old city and the Suzhou Creek shoreline. The site surroundings is interwoven with subway lines, largescale commercial complexes, high-end residences, office houses and historic buildings,forming an intricate network, abounded with symbols of traditional and modern culture.

Situated in a high-density city hinterland and immediately atop of a metro station, the site area is restrictive with stringent setback requirements. This raised design challenges in maximising land use, while creating a rich form and open urban cultural environment.

To circumvent these restrictions, the design predicates the development in the concept of "floating garden", ushering a three-dimensional edifice in the high-density urban space with suspended volumes, comprised of retail and cultural blocks as well as ample public platforms.

The tower adopts a vertical stacking design with dynamic setbacks to create a staggering visual effect, and realize the natural division of functions in an optimal architectural form.The retail volume is raised to create space for the MTR facilities and transform the ground floor into an open public plaza; by expertly jettying the retail block and inserting multiple platforms between the office volumes above, the team is able to maximise floor area in the development without breaching regulations, while freeing up additional breakout space for the users, including a rooftop garden with a view towards downtown Shanghai’s magnificent skyline. These platforms also enable space for art exhibitions, and a host of unique creative endeavors, such as the spacious, professional photography studio—in concert with contemporary cultural display in the main volume, the development becomes a source of creative energy in Shanghai.

面對多功能業(yè)態(tài)，設(shè)計將文化空間、商業(yè)空間、高敞藝術(shù)創(chuàng)造空間、城市開放空間與原有地鐵設(shè)施空間在垂直方向豎向疊合，以文化功能為引擎，實現(xiàn)文化與商業(yè)的完美融合，構(gòu)建出多功能疊合的立體城市綜合體，提升商務(wù)腹地的多元價值。當(dāng)代文化展示為業(yè)態(tài)主體量，與靈活自由的文化創(chuàng)意孵化平臺一同，營造上海創(chuàng)意衍生的策源地。

同時考慮到周圍復(fù)雜的城市肌理，立面設(shè)計以豎向遮陽板為主，結(jié)合不同模數(shù)的節(jié)奏變化，以內(nèi)斂的姿態(tài)融入城市，并滿足環(huán)保節(jié)能需求。

“我們希望EDGE的設(shè)計可以成為一個有益于人民與城市的實踐案例，通過創(chuàng)造開放的建筑空間為人們的公共文化生活提供載體，進而反饋城市與人的需求?！盇edas執(zhí)行董事李巍如是說。

By vertically integrating public facilities and the art, commercial, and leisure elements, the result is a multi-functional, three-dimensional urban complex that appreciably enhances the value of the hinterland.
