摘 要：隨著人們生活水平的提高，人們對(duì)汽車(chē)的舒適性有更高的要求。變速器作為整車(chē)的重要組成部分，汽車(chē)廠家對(duì)其 NVH 性能也提出了更高的要求。其中，變速器嘯叫噪音是當(dāng)前發(fā)生的最多、最難解決的NVH問(wèn)題。因此，本文通過(guò)對(duì)某變速器四檔嘯叫問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)車(chē)內(nèi)噪聲源及驅(qū)動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行分析，確定了嘯叫問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的主要原因，并提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案，為后續(xù)應(yīng)對(duì)類(lèi)似問(wèn)題提供了方法和思路。

The Improvement of the Gear Whine Noise of a Passenger Car’ s Transmission

Abstract：People have a higher requirement for automobile comfort， as the improvement of people's living standards. As one of the important components of the vehicle， the automobile manufacturer has also a higher requirement for the transmission NVH performance. And the gear whine noise of the transmission is the most difficult problems to be solved. Therefore， in this paper， the four-shift-gear-whine noise of one transmission is to be studied， the inside source and the drive shaft is analyzed， the main reason led to the problem is determined， and the relevant optimizing solution is put forward so as to provide method and solution for the same problems in the future.
