文明創(chuàng)建，讓濟(jì)南鳳凰涅槃、蝶變花開。衛(wèi)生死角減少了，老舊小區(qū)更整潔了，城鄉(xiāng)面貌煥然一線；斷頭路打通了，“車讓人、人快行”，車輛通行更順暢；科教文衛(wèi)快速發(fā)展，老百姓的“錢袋子”越來越鼓，人們的幸福感不斷提升……全國文明城市的創(chuàng)建，有力促進(jìn)了濟(jì)南經(jīng)濟(jì)社會進(jìn)步、人民生活改善、社會風(fēng)氣好轉(zhuǎn)、城市形象提升，更形成了萬眾一心、眾志成城，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作、無私奉獻(xiàn)，不畏艱險、敢打必勝，挑戰(zhàn)極限、爭創(chuàng)一流的濟(jì)南創(chuàng)城精神，為加快新時代現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)省會建設(shè)注入源源不斷的精神力量。

文明創(chuàng)建永無止境，翻過一山再攀一峰。在踏上“十四五”新征程之際，濟(jì)南瞄準(zhǔn)新目標(biāo)，鋪展新藍(lán)圖。根據(jù)規(guī)劃，到2023年，濟(jì)南將建成理想信念堅定、文明程度領(lǐng)先、經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)發(fā)展、政治廉潔高效、文化繁榮厚重、社會和諧安定、生態(tài)文明良好、治理效能提升、群眾高度認(rèn)可、工作常態(tài)長效的全國文明典范城市，文明城市創(chuàng)建工作持續(xù)走在全國前列。

Jinan has always highlighted the development-oriented forms for the creation of national civilized city， and thus making great strides in the level of urban function and boosting the people’s sense of achievement. Jinan has always worked around the people’s livelihood issues for the creation of national civilized city， and thus realizing significant advance for the quality of life and singularizing the people’s sense of gain.

Earthshaking changes have taken place in Jinan by virtue of the creation of national civilized city. Jinan City will thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping， and put into practice the arragements by the Central Publicity Department and the Office of Spiritual Civilization Development Steering Commission of the CPC Central Committee.
