摘? 要:眾所周知,傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)學(xué)教育模式已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)下學(xué)習(xí)者的需求,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等新興信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展為醫(yī)學(xué)教育信息化改革提供了新的契機(jī),醫(yī)學(xué)教育信息化建設(shè)水平關(guān)系到教學(xué)質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提升。當(dāng)前,信息技術(shù)在醫(yī)學(xué)教育教學(xué)發(fā)展中扮演著重要角色,信息化已成為醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革的重要環(huán)節(jié),信息技術(shù)為教學(xué)環(huán)境和教學(xué)模式的變革與創(chuàng)新、學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)和互動(dòng)交流,教學(xué)資源的共建共享等提供了前所未有的機(jī)會(huì)。信息技術(shù)與醫(yī)學(xué)教育教學(xué)深度融合能夠優(yōu)化教育教學(xué)資源體系、構(gòu)建新型學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、改革教師教學(xué)范式和重構(gòu)學(xué)生知識(shí)體系,可為師生的學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展提供豐富多彩的教育環(huán)境和有力的學(xué)習(xí)工具,有助于醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng),有利于促進(jìn)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革有效發(fā)展,切實(shí)提升教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

Abstract: As we all know, the traditional medical education model can no longer meet the needs of current learners. The development of new information technologies such as mobile Internet, big data and cloud computing has provided new opportunities for the reform of medical education informatization, the construction of medical education informatization is related to the improvement of teaching level and personnel training quality. At present, information technology plays an important role in the development of medical education and information technology has become an important part of medical education reform. Unprecedented opportunities are provided by information technology with the transformation and innovation of the teaching environment and teaching model, the independent learning and interactive exchange of students and the joint construction and sharing of teaching resources. The deep integration of information technology and medical education and teaching can realize the optimization of the education resource system, the construction of a new learning environment, the reform of the teaching model of teachers and the reconstruction of the student knowledge system. Therefore, it can be provided a colorful educational environment and powerful learning tools for the learning and development of teachers and students about promoting the integration of information technology and medical education, and promoting the process of medical informatization, which will help the cultivation of innovative medical talents. It is conducive to promoting the effective development of higher medical education reform and effectively improving the quality of education and teaching.

教育信息化是指在教育領(lǐng)域全面深入地運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)來促進(jìn)教育改革和教育發(fā)展的過程,核心內(nèi)容是教學(xué)信息化。2010年教育部頒布的《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》中強(qiáng)調(diào)了教育信息化的重要性;2018年,《教育信息化2.0行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》中指出人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、區(qū)塊鏈等技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,將深刻改變?nèi)瞬判枨蠛徒逃螒B(tài)。教育信息化帶動(dòng)教育現(xiàn)代化是我國教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇;實(shí)現(xiàn)信息技術(shù)與教學(xué)的深度融合,是當(dāng)前教育信息化建設(shè)的重要任務(wù)。隨著信息技術(shù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和數(shù)字化技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)對教育教學(xué)的革命性影響日趨明顯,計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù)已深入到醫(yī)學(xué)教育中,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)逐漸被醫(yī)學(xué)院校廣泛應(yīng)用[1]。醫(yī)學(xué)教育的核心是推進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革與發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)。信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展給醫(yī)學(xué)教育帶來了變革和挑戰(zhàn),也帶來了先進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)模式。大數(shù)據(jù)具備海量性、多變性以及快速性等特征,需要借助于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動(dòng)終端以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等全新的手段來進(jìn)行合理地處理,獲取所需要的數(shù)據(jù)和信息,從高校最初的多媒體及網(wǎng)絡(luò),到后來的電子教室以及無紙化辦公和人工智能等。信息化建設(shè)對提高醫(yī)學(xué)院校師生的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)起到了極大的作用,依托現(xiàn)代信息化技術(shù)建立起來的數(shù)據(jù)中心、教學(xué)資源庫,擴(kuò)寬了醫(yī)學(xué)教育資源的獲取渠道,重新構(gòu)建個(gè)人數(shù)字化的醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)體系。開放在線課堂,微課、慕課等新型的教學(xué)模式也逐漸展開實(shí)驗(yàn)和推廣,于是應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的VR和AR模擬訓(xùn)練、輔助診斷、臨床移動(dòng)查房、醫(yī)學(xué)影像實(shí)時(shí)會(huì)議技術(shù)等都對教育教學(xué)方式產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。
