摘 要:目前110 kV變電站普遍配置單套直流電源系統(tǒng)。為了提高變電站直流電源系統(tǒng)可靠性,運(yùn)維單位根據(jù)需要對(duì)原直流電源系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行雙重化改造,即增加一套直流電源系統(tǒng)(含一個(gè)充電屏、一組蓄電池及一個(gè)饋線屏)。在直流電源系統(tǒng)雙重化改造過程中出現(xiàn)了多種設(shè)計(jì)、施工問題,不符合相關(guān)規(guī)程、反措規(guī)定,影響變電站后續(xù)正常運(yùn)行。本文為解決以上問題,從前期準(zhǔn)備、設(shè)計(jì)、采購到施工和原系統(tǒng)補(bǔ)充改造等方面提出切實(shí)有效的措施,并已在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施驗(yàn)證。

Abstract: At present, 110 kV substations are generally equipped with a single DC (direct-current) power supply system. In order to improve the reliability of the DC power supply system, power supply companies carry out the dual transformation of the DC power supply system, which is to add the second DC power supply system (including a charging machine, a group of batteries and a feeder screen). In the process of the dual transformation of the DC power, there is a variety of design and construction problems appeared which infringe the relevant regulations and affect the normal operation of the substation. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes practical and effective measures are from the aspects of preparation, design, procurement, construction and modification of the original system, and these measures has been implemented and verified in practical application.

《電力工程直流電源系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(DL/T 5044—2014)規(guī)定“110 kV及以下變電站宜裝設(shè)1組蓄電池,對(duì)于重要的110 kV變電站也可裝設(shè)2組蓄電池”[1],國家電網(wǎng)公司輸變電工程通用設(shè)計(jì)也執(zhí)行此規(guī)定[2]。河南省河南110 kV變電站普遍配置單套直流電源系統(tǒng)。受老舊變電站設(shè)備條件限制,部分充電機(jī)不具備“采用兩路交流電源輸入且具備自動(dòng)投切功能”[3],且比率較高,導(dǎo)致低壓交流母線近端發(fā)生短路故障時(shí)直流充電機(jī)失電。而近年來部分廠家蓄電池質(zhì)量低劣,急需蓄電池供電時(shí),蓄電池卻發(fā)生開路或容量突降,造成110 kV變電站直流電源全失[4]。為避免類似事故,河南省開展110 kV變電站直流電源系統(tǒng)雙重化改造,即新增一套直流電源系統(tǒng)(以下稱“第二套直流系統(tǒng)”,原系統(tǒng)稱“第一套直流系統(tǒng)”)。在實(shí)施過程中出現(xiàn)了多種問題,如未采購母聯(lián)開關(guān)、直流負(fù)荷如何實(shí)現(xiàn)最優(yōu)分配等。針對(duì)這些問題,文章闡述設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施過程中需重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)。
1 設(shè)備參數(shù)典型配置
第二套直流系統(tǒng)參數(shù)應(yīng)與第一套直流系統(tǒng)相同或相近,如蓄電池組容量、電壓、充電機(jī)額定容量等。典型參數(shù)配置表見表1。
