感謝信是用于致謝他人的饋贈、款待、幫助，需寫明感謝他人的理由，信文要感情真摯，措辭得體。感謝信一般分為三個部分：

第一段：表達(dá)感謝之情并說明原因;

第二段：細(xì)述并贊賞對方給予的幫助;

第三段：再次闡述謝意并表達(dá)回報愿望。

【寫作指導(dǎo)】

1. 有序組織要點

首先，應(yīng)當(dāng)友善地對對方的生活表示關(guān)心;其次，應(yīng)明確陳述寫信的目的，即致謝;然后，應(yīng)肯定對方的幫助恰當(dāng)好處;最后，應(yīng)對對方給予的幫助再次表示感謝并傳達(dá)良好的祝愿。

2. 靈活把握時態(tài)

感謝信的正文中的時態(tài)靈活多變。通常，在提到對方曾經(jīng)所給予的幫助時，應(yīng)用過去時態(tài);在提到對方的幫助所產(chǎn)生的實際效果時，可以使用現(xiàn)在完成時態(tài);在涉及到現(xiàn)狀時，應(yīng)用一般現(xiàn)在時;在表達(dá)祝愿或希望時，使用一般將來時態(tài)。

3. 運用規(guī)范的語言

感謝信有其自身的特色語言，在行文的每一個環(huán)節(jié)也有一些常用句型。另外表示從對方的幫助中獲益時，可以使用多種句型進(jìn)行表達(dá)，要讓句式靈活多樣，這樣更能增強表達(dá)效果。

4. 表達(dá)感激之情

感謝信的主要目的在于向?qū)Ψ街轮x，因此語言要誠摯，友善;在信的開頭和結(jié)尾部分一般會使用 Thank you very much for your kindness and deep concerned; Thanks again and wish you all the best之類的語言來表達(dá)感激之情。
