延續(xù)余杭良渚輝煌的東湖文化藝術(shù)中心

建筑、景觀、功能互相配合，可以為小區(qū)帶來最大的價值。東湖文化藝術(shù)中心是臨平新城藝尚小鎮(zhèn)最重要的文化設(shè)施之一，項目位于長三角城市群發(fā)展的核心位置，是杭州連接上海的門戶城市，擁有得天獨厚的交通區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，以及余杭良渚文化的深厚背景，形成國內(nèi)首開先河的創(chuàng)意藝術(shù)空間。

昔日余杭是良渚先人的文化舞臺。五千年過后的余杭文化中心，攝取遠(yuǎn)古良渚文明在水岸旁高筑城臺的形式，以彷如穿入湖心的布局，再次立足在這輝煌的中華文明史上。

昔日良渚人在土臺上登高瞻望，錢塘江水在目，今天人們登上余杭大劇院高臺上的廣場，迎臨秀美東湖。大劇院設(shè)有1200座大劇場、500座小劇場與展覽中心。劇場內(nèi)的升降臺可根據(jù)不同場景需要，搭建相應(yīng)舞臺模式，大大加強表演空間的靈活性。獨特的冰裂紋造型和傾斜的屋頂，讓大劇院建筑充滿了設(shè)計感；陽光照射進來，在墻面形成了不同的幾何圖案，在湖灣公園的景觀襯托下，打造出現(xiàn)代、高雅的文化氛圍。

A new,symphonic center for the city of Hangzhou

The new Yuhang district in the city of Hangzhou is experiencing a surge of new building,focused around the large cultural quarter “East Lake.” At the center of this artificial lake is the new Hangzhou Opera.Floating on the water,the opera is a new landmark for the district and is part of a canal complex with several performance stages,museums,and an art college.

The opera’s sloped roof is a publicly-accessible viewing platform,overlooking the lake and the district.The roof and the adjacent plaza can accommodate large gatherings in conjunction with outdoor concerts and official celebrations.

The building itself is a 70,000 m2opera and exhibition space,while the total project is a build of 130,000 m2.Inside,the Opera’s foyer is a grand entrance space with multiple stairs and balconies that maximizes the exposure of people to each other.The graphic “ice-ray” pattern of the fa?ade provides curated views of the lake and city.

The main auditorium is a trulymultifunctionalspace for conferences,theatre or opera performances,and acousticalconcerts,accommodating up to 1,200 guests.The balconiesenvelop the hall on all sides,and the inner walls are a combination of cut,carved,and facetedtimber and gold leaf panels,providing optimized acoustics for a large variety of performances.A second black box theatre is available for smaller performances,with a capacity of up to 500.The stage of this smaller theatre opens on one side to the black box theatre,and on the other side to the adjacent plaza,allowing outdoor events and performances.
