        THE NEW STRATEGIES OF ENGLISH TEACHING IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

        Abstract:This paper is carried out on the basis of the new strategies of English teaching in primary school, as is well known that English has become an important tool which connects the human civilization and communication, English has been recognized as a necessary basic skill and it becomes one of important courses in our class.

        Basically, English teachers should have enough knowledge and command the basic teaching skills; in addition, teachers should gradually improve themselves with innovative methods. Teachers should use and choose textbooks flexibly. Teachers should become an artist of using the textbook. Teachers should emphasize the significance of interest. Most importantly, teachers should be full of love to all learners.

        Introduction

        Since the number of Chinese language learners across the world has rapidly increased in recent years, more and more college students choose to be English teachers after their graduation, so the new English teaching methods become a worldwide hot issue.

        Teachers have used many methods to teach students, but perhaps many old ways are out of date and improper, students are not only just the major passive receiver rather than the active activists.

        To a great degree, I am very interested in how to be a good teacher and learner. What makes a good teacher? How should teachers use textbook and plan lessons? How can teachers keep good relationship with their students? In my paper, I would like to achieve these issues by the end of the research. Therefore, this paper is going to analyze wonderful and useful strategies applied to English teaching in primary schools.

        Chapter One Literature Review

        As we all know, there are many methods and strategies in teaching English, teachers play a crucial role in linking the teaching context with students, and they are the middle liners. So, teachers should learn how to be good teachers, while also students should learn how to be good learners. They are complementary for each other. Therefore, some new and effective techniques should be taken into consideration and taken into affection.

        Chapter Two the Significance of Interest

Only a flexible and colorful teaching process and entertaining way to make students easy to learn, they are willing to learn and have a keen interest in English, so, they will work hard to learn English.

        Of interest is the best teacher. However, interest arises from perceptions and needs, which is the psychological tendency of people seeking knowledge, involved in learning power. This shows that the students interest in learning is often caused by a special interest of the subject.

        Interest is the sparks of wisdom and the lasting power for persisting in learning. Studies have shown that three development stages of interest are interest, funs and passions.

        Chapter Three New Ways of English Teaching

        With further education, teaching content closer to modern life, it is full of strong contemporary, it is conducive to improve students humane quality, be attention to train the spirit of innovation, improve the practical ability. Which require teachers change the past teaching concept, in addition, teachers must also update the teaching method, new methods must be used as a medium for emotional exchange with students in the classroom, developing students potential and students personality, only in this way to adapt to the requirements of the new teaching material, and thus we can achieve better teaching results.

        Chapter Four Techniques in Innovative Class

        Teaching process is that the teacher has to guide students who know culture well according to the teaching plans and basic skills, students try to form the correct world outlook and fine qualities step by step. How to let a student produce deep interest as soon as possible just like neologism, English teaching appears especially important.

        Chapter Five the Role of a Teacher

        With the development of the times, traditional teachers single “control” role has not adapted to the current needs of education development. Only good variety of roles becomes a qualified teacher.

        the teacher was not the sole source that students access to knowledge, the differences between teachers and students is not knowledge, but the mental, emotional, personality, spirit and personality and other aspects of development.

        Therefore, the traditional teacher of single “control” role cannot be adapted to the current needs of education development. Education is by no means a unilateral activity.

        Current English teaching in primary school due to class size restrictions and the impact of traditional education, many teachers is just “controller”, “assessor” and “organizer”. The aim of the course is by no means the second foreign language, but that students learn English to promote the development of the mind, emotions, attitudes and values and integral improvement of humanistic quality. So, modern teachers must also be a good “participant”, “tutor”, “researcher”, “helper” and “prompter”.

        “All roads lead to Rome” and there are variety of ways to improve English teaching methods, but teachers can adopt effective interaction in a regular classroom, a harmonious relationship will be easily built up between teachers and students, this teaching strategy can play an effective role in helping us adapt to the new requirements of the curriculum, and to promote the reform of English teaching.

        We can easily conclude that interest is the best friends, students can be stimulated and mobilized their enthusiasm greatly to improve their learning, and they will feel enjoyable when they learning English. As teachers, they are not only as controller, assessor and organizer, but also participants, tutor, researcher, helper and prompter.

        In new English class, wed better establish good relationship with students, create a harmonious atmosphere, teachers should be full of emotional feelings to love all students. Teachers can use materials and textbooks flexibly, to be an artist of using books. Teachers should make sure the knowledge is correct, so, new strategies will be taken into effect.
