[摘要] 目的 探討對于急性腦梗死應(yīng)用腦循環(huán)功能治療儀與針刺聯(lián)合治療對患者的療效及神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)情況的影響。方法 方便選取2019年1—12月于福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附一閩南醫(yī)院就診的急性腦梗死患者72例，其中36例在基礎(chǔ)治療的同時給予針刺治療，為對照組;另36例在基礎(chǔ)治療與針刺治療的同時應(yīng)用腦循環(huán)功能治療儀，為研究組，兩組均連續(xù)治療21 d，觀察兩組治療前后的CSS與BI評分，同時觀察急性腦梗死療效。結(jié)果 研究組治療后CSS（9.72±3.87）分，BI（64.73±15.32）分;對照組治療后CSS（14.83±4.33）分，BI（48.27±14.61）分，與研究組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（t=5.279、4.665，P<0.05）。研究組總有效率94.4%，對照組63.9%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（χ2=10.190，P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對于急性腦梗死的治療，在針刺的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合應(yīng)用腦循環(huán)功能治療儀較單純應(yīng)用針刺對患者的療效更佳，可有效促進(jìn)患者神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù)，改善生活質(zhì)量。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of combined treatment of cerebral circulation function therapy instrument and acupuncture on patients with acute cerebral infarction and the recovery of nerve function. Methods A total of 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in Fujian Medical University Affitiated Minan Hospital from January to December 2019 were conveniently selected. Among them， 36 patients were treated with acupuncture at the same time as the basic treatment and served as the control group; the other 36 patients were treated with basic treatment and acupuncture Cerebral Circulation Function Therapeutic Apparatus was used during treatment. Both groups were treated continuously for 21 d. The CSS and BI scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment， and the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction was also observed. Results CSS （9.72±3.87） points and BI （64.73±15.32） points after treatment in the study group; CSS （14.83±4.33） points and BI （48.27±14.61） points after treatment in the control group. Compared with the study group，the difference was statistically significant（t=5.279， 4.665， P<0.05）. The total effective rate was 94.4% in the study group and 63.9% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（χ2=10.190， P<0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of acute cerebral infarction， combined application of cerebral circulatory function therapy device on the basis of acupuncture is better than acupuncture alone， which can effectively promote the recovery of patients' nerve function and improve the quality of life.

急性腦梗死是指顱內(nèi)動脈血管因動脈粥樣硬化漸進(jìn)性狹窄突然梗死或其它來源的栓子突然性阻塞顱內(nèi)動脈，導(dǎo)致血流受阻，受阻血管供應(yīng)的腦組織缺血缺氧而壞死[1]。顱內(nèi)血管對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)，當(dāng)血管阻塞后，腦組織壞死，進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)受損，致殘率、致死率極高，對社會、家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活具有嚴(yán)重危害[2]。如何提高急性腦梗死的治療效果，降低致死率與致殘率，改善患者預(yù)后，是神經(jīng)內(nèi)科研究的重點(diǎn)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，越來越多的醫(yī)療器械被研發(fā)出來，其中腦循環(huán)功能治療儀是針對神經(jīng)內(nèi)科疾病新研發(fā)的一項產(chǎn)品。為進(jìn)一步提高急性腦梗死患者療效，同時驗證腦循環(huán)功能治療儀的治療效果，該研究方便選取2019年1—12月于該院就診的急性腦梗死患者72例，其中對照組在基礎(chǔ)治療的同時進(jìn)行針刺治療，研究組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合應(yīng)用腦循環(huán)功能治療儀，對比兩組療效及神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)情況，現(xiàn)報道如下。
