[摘要] 目的 探究2型糖尿病牙周炎患者局部實施消炎痛的治療效果。方法 隨機選取該院自2018年9月—2019年9月期間收治的72例2型糖尿病牙周炎患者，采取抽簽法隨機分為試驗組（n=36）與參照組（n=36），參照組患者實施單純刮治治療，試驗組患者在參照組基礎(chǔ)上實施局部應(yīng)用消炎痛，對比兩組患者治療前后IL-6、GCF標(biāo)本的PGE2、AL、SBI、GI及PD。結(jié)果 治療后，試驗組患者IL-6為（3.47±0.53）pg/L低于參照組的（4.68±0.73）pg/L（t=8.048，P=0.000），GCF標(biāo)本的PGE2為（142.38±9.57）μg/L低于參照組的（205.41±10.33）μg/L（t=26.856，P=0.000），AL為（3.17±0.57）mm低于參照組的（4.53±0.63）mm（t=9.605，P=0.000），SBI為（1.29±0.27）%低于參照組的（2.18±0.30）%（t=13.231，P=0.000），GI為（0.39±0.19）低于參照組的（1.16±0.26）（t=14.365，P=0.000），PD為（3.19±0.32）mm低于參照組的（4.47±0.41）mm，數(shù)據(jù)差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（t=14.767，P=0.000）。結(jié)論 2型糖尿病牙周炎患者局部實施消炎痛可改善牙周炎癥及各項牙周指標(biāo)，提升治療效果，值得推廣。

Clinical Analysis of Local Application of Indomethacin as an Adjuvant Treatment for Periodontitis in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of indomethacin treatment in patients with type 2 diabetic periodontitis. Methods Randomly select 72 patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontitis treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into a test group （n=36） and a reference group （n=36） by drawing lots. The patients in the group were treated with curettage alone， and the patients in the test group were treated with indomethacin on the basis of the reference group. The PGE2， AL， SBI， GI， and PD of IL-6 and GCF specimens were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment， the IL-6 in the test group was（3.47±0.53）pg/L， which was lower than （4.68±0.73）pg/L in the reference group（t=8.048， P=0.000）. The PGE2 of the GCF specimen was （142.38±9.57）μg/L， which was lower than the reference group's（205.41±10.33）μg/L（t=26.856， P=0.000），AL was （3.17±0.57）mm lower than the reference group's （4.53±0.63）mm （t=9.605， P=0.000）， SBI was （1.29±0.27）% lower than the reference group's （2.18±0.30）% （t=13.231， P=0.000）， GI （0.39±0.19）% is lower than （1.16±0.26）% of the reference group （t=14.365， P=0.000）， PD is （3.19±0.32）mm lower than （4.47±0.41） of the reference group （t=14.767， P=0.000）mm. The difference of the data was statistically significant. Conclusion Local application of indomethacin in patients with type 2 diabetic periodontitis can improve periodontal inflammation and various periodontal indicators， improve treatment effects， and is worth promoting.

綜上所述，2型糖尿病牙周炎患者局部實施消炎痛可提升治療效果，改善牙周炎癥及各項牙周指標(biāo)，值得推廣。
