UFI各地分會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層選舉結(jié)果出爐
6月18日,UFI宣布了各地分會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人選舉結(jié)果。其中,上海萬(wàn)耀企龍展覽有限公司總裁仲剛再次當(dāng)選UFI亞太區(qū)主席。新一屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層將在今年11月份UFI年會(huì)期間開(kāi)始履新。在此之前,各地現(xiàn)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)將繼續(xù)在任。
本次競(jìng)選結(jié)果還包括:UFI歐洲分會(huì)主席為漢諾威展覽公司董事局主席顧橋;拉丁美洲分會(huì)主席為塔蘇斯集團(tuán)墨西哥分公司董事總經(jīng)理José Navarro Meneses;中東和非洲分會(huì)主席為黎巴嫩IFP展覽公司董事長(zhǎng)Albert Aoun。
UFI各區(qū)域領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層將全面負(fù)責(zé)相應(yīng)區(qū)域內(nèi)對(duì)會(huì)員的活動(dòng)組織、教育、調(diào)研與宣貫工作。他們也將在UFI執(zhí)行委員會(huì)和UFI董事會(huì)中為自己所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域發(fā)聲。
UFI announces results of Chapter Leadership Elections
On 18 June, UFI announced results of Chapter Leadership Elections. This years chapter leadership elections saw a record number of excellent candidates from all around the world. Congratulations to all the colleagues who have been re-elected or newly elected.
The future Regional Chapter Chairs are: For Asia-Pacific: David Zhong (VNU Exhibitions Asia, China); For Europe: Andreas Gruchow (Deutsche Messe AG, Germany); For Latin America: JoséNavarro Meneses (Tarsus Mexico); For Middle East/Africa: Albert Aoun (IFP, Lebanon).
歐洲最大場(chǎng)館預(yù)計(jì)最晚9月恢復(fù)營(yíng)業(yè)
6月10日,歐洲大型場(chǎng)館協(xié)會(huì)(EMECA)向歐盟以及國(guó)家政府部門發(fā)出呼吁,希望得到更多的財(cái)政支持,以幫助會(huì)展行業(yè)存活和復(fù)蘇?!罢褂[會(huì)是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)整體發(fā)展的有力引擎。當(dāng)前,我們已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好了在確保人員健康與安全的前提下承接會(huì)展活動(dòng)。但是,持續(xù)的封閉措施仍在影響整個(gè)會(huì)展行業(yè)?!盓MECA主席、阿姆斯特丹RAI會(huì)展中心首席運(yùn)營(yíng)官表示。
在大多數(shù)歐洲國(guó)家,從3月份至9月份的展覽活動(dòng)都被迫取消。前兩季度,因此產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失高達(dá)1249億歐元?!拔覀冃袠I(yè)是最早被關(guān)閉的之一,同時(shí)也很可能是最晚恢復(fù)的。另外,很多企業(yè)不愿意確定參展計(jì)劃,不確定性也在影響秋季展會(huì)的舉辦?!盡aurits von der Sluis補(bǔ)充道。
Largest European exhibition centres expected to re-open in September
The largest European exhibition centres heavily impacted by the crisis are mobilising for a reopening on 1 September 2020 at the latest.
The EMECA association, which represents the European major exhibitions centres, alerts on the urgency of their reopening and calls for strong financial support from European and national public authorities to ensure the survival and the economic recovery of an entire industry.
悉尼會(huì)議中心出臺(tái)全新安全運(yùn)營(yíng)框架
日前,悉尼國(guó)際會(huì)議中心正式推出了《悉尼安全會(huì)展活動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)框架》,來(lái)幫助會(huì)展活動(dòng)安全重啟。
這份文件涵蓋會(huì)展運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程的16個(gè)主要方面,包括客戶之旅、環(huán)境清潔、餐飲服務(wù)、技術(shù)設(shè)備、員工意識(shí)、公眾意識(shí)等。該框架融合了會(huì)議中心母公司ASM Global即將發(fā)布的《場(chǎng)館盾牌》計(jì)劃,采用了當(dāng)?shù)匦l(wèi)生部門和行業(yè)專家的權(quán)威意見(jiàn),有著嚴(yán)苛的操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
會(huì)議中心首席執(zhí)行官Geoff Donaghy表示,該框架旨在確保會(huì)議中心客戶、訪客、服務(wù)商及場(chǎng)館員工的身體健康,并提振人們對(duì)會(huì)展行業(yè)的信心。
ICC Sydney launches operating framework
International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has launched the ICC Sydney EventSafe Operating Framework, a set of operating principles that will enable the venue to safely reopen and run events in an environment transformed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The comprehensive set of protocols spans 16 key areas of event management, including the customer journey, environmental hygiene, food service, technology and equipment, employees and public awareness, and cover meetings, conferences, exhibitions, live events and internal operations.
