家庭教育應該以培養(yǎng)孩子富有開拓精神、能夠成為一個自食其力的人為出發(fā)點。在教育孩子的過程中，父母應把培養(yǎng)孩子的自理能力放在突出的地位，讓他們離開父母的庇護也能獨立生活，能夠獨立解決生活中遇到的問題。

I have never taken cooking classes. I learned cooking from my mother because she was really interested in teaching me how to cook. The main reason for this was that when my mother got married， she didn’t know how to cook anything， not even an egg.① My grandmother never allowed her to stay in the kitchen when she was cooking.

②My mother did not start to cook until she was twenty five years old. In the beginning， it was very hard for her. Therefore， she had to take cooking classes to prepare our meals. After having that experience she decided to teach me how to cook because she didn’t want me to have the same experience.

I remember when I was seven years old I started to learn cooking from my mother. Sometimes we prepared the meals that my mother already knew how to make， and sometimes we prepared meals from recipes. Thanks to that experience， now I don’t need any help to cook a meal. I can cook for myself or for a group of people， it doesn’t matter. I will do the same with my children because I don’t want them to have the same experience as my mother. If one day I am not with them， I want to be sure that they can continue their life without me.

傳遞學習經驗

我從來沒有上過烹飪課。我是通過向母親學習才會做飯的，因為她是真的很感興趣教我怎么做飯。主要原因是我的母親結婚時，她不知道如何做飯，甚至都不會煮雞蛋。我的外婆做飯的時候從不允許她留在廚房。

我的母親直到25歲才開始做飯。最初，做飯對于她來說很難。因此，她不得不參加烹飪班來為我們準備飯菜。有了這些經驗后，她決定教我怎么做飯，因為她不希望我有和她同樣的經歷。

記得我7歲那年，我開始從母親那里學習烹飪。有時我們準備母親已經會做的飯菜，有時我們按照食譜準備飯菜。多虧了那段經歷，我現(xiàn)在不需要任何幫助就能做飯。我可以為自己或一幫人做飯，這都不要緊。我將對我的孩子做同樣的事，因為我不希望他們有和我母親相同的經歷。如果有一天，我和孩子們不在一起了，我確保他們沒有我也能夠繼續(xù)他們的生活。
