◎文體概述

建議信是針對某事向收信人提出建議或忠告的信件。 建議信有可能是寫給個人的，就遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法和建議；也可能是寫給某個組織或機構(gòu)的，就改進(jìn)其服務(wù)提出建議或忠告。 建議信通常簡明扼要、目的明確、具有合理性和說服力。

建議信通常分為三部分：

1. 首段通常介紹自己并說明寫信目的；

2. 主體部分提出具體建議；

3. 尾段總結(jié)或預(yù)測可能的結(jié)果，給對方以

行動的信心和決心。
