[摘要] 目的 探究肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者圍術期護理干預的價值。方法 將2018年1月—2019年10月46例肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者，通過單雙號編號法，進行隨機分組，其中對照組患者，在圍手術期，給予其常規(guī)護理，而實驗組患者，則在圍術期，實施綜合護理，分析兩組肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者，其術后各項指標、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況以及患者的護理滿意的差異性。結果 實驗組肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者術后VAS疼痛評分、空腹血糖、愈合時間、住院時間均低于對照組（P<0.05）;實驗組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率，相比較對照組，更低（P<0.05）;實驗組護理總滿意率為95.65%，高于對照組護理總滿意率69.57%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者接受有效圍術期護理，可增加其對護理服務的滿意度，減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率，促進其預后的改善。

Evaluation of Perioperative Nursing Satisfaction in 46 Patients with Perianal Abscess and Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To explore the value of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with perianal abscess and diabetes. Methods From January 2018 to October 2019， 46 patients with perianal abscess and diabetes were randomly divided into groups according to the single and double numbering method. Among the patients in the control group， they were given routine care during the perioperative period， while the patients in the experimental group were given routine care. During the perioperative period， comprehensive nursing was performed to analyze the differences in postoperative indicators， complications， and patient satisfaction between the 2 groups of patients with perianal abscess and diabetes. Results The postoperative VAS pain score， fasting blood glucose， healing time， and hospital stay of patients with perianal abscess and diabetes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， the incidence of complications in the experimental group was more significant lower （P<0.05）; the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 95.65%， which was higher than the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group by 69.57%， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Patients with perianal abscess and diabetic patients receiving effective perioperative nursing can increase their satisfaction with nursing services， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve their prognosis.

肛周膿腫有著較高的發(fā)生率，主要是肛竇炎、肛腺感染等引起，患者內(nèi)外括約肌之間，出現(xiàn)膿腫，且隨著患者疾病的進展，疾病會沿著其直腸縱肌蔓延，臨床需要為患者實施積極有效的治療，避免擴散至周圍[1-2]。肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者，其糖代謝紊亂，機體免疫功能水平降低，患者經(jīng)有效治療后，仍然存在較高的復發(fā)率，預后并不理想。因此，治療中，強化患者的圍手術期相關護理干預，有著一定的意義[3]。為探究肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者圍術期護理干預的價值，該研究以2018年1月—2019年10月46例肛周膿腫并糖尿病患者為研究對象，分組實施常規(guī)護理以及圍術期綜合護理干預，對兩組護理的結果分析，以此總結圍術期綜合護理的應用價值，現(xiàn)報道如下。
