Abstract：Love exists around us.Only when we discover love，know love，and understand love，can we love and be loved by others.

What is love？ It is the Earth circling the sun，the rain watering the grass，the bee pollinating the flower，the moon shining into the night.

Love is actually all around.It is the air in your lungs，the food in your belly，the eyes to see the world around you，your ability to be mindful in the here and now，while also recognizing past and future.Love is everywhere.

You are loved by the Universe.If you werent you wouldnt be here.You exist because of love，and so does everything else.It is not a grandiose mystery，it is the root of everything.

How do you love？Because love is everywhere，all you have to do is open yourself up to it.Too easy？ I used to think that，too.But love is so much easier to find than we tend to realize.You neednt look all that hard to encounter and experience it.

Gratitude is love.Saying and feeling thankful for things tangible or intangible is an expression of love.

Empathy is love.Just feeling for someone else and what they are going through is love.Its about connection，understanding，and expanding your knowledge of emotion through another and their experiences.

Kindness is love.Kindness is based on simple gestures.It takes very little effort to hold a door，say hello to a stranger you pass on the street，pick up the item that fell out of a persons bag and pass it back to them，or any other selfless gesture.

All of these are a part of love.You may find that hard to believe，but they really are.Love is everywhere.When we choose love，we always choose right.

We are here，on this very Earth，to love and be loved.
