        1. The importance of constructing a cooperative learning model in the class

        With the continuous progress of the times,there is an increasing demand for talents with team awareness and team ability. If you lack the necessary sense of cooperation,it will be difficult for you to success in society. The introduction of the new curriculum reform makes the high school English teaching mode face huge challenges. In order to adapt to the development of the situation,teachers must continuously construct and improve the classroom cooperative learning model in teaching,so that students can learn to teamwork in class. This requires high school English teachers to seize the opportunity of classroom cooperative learning in the teaching process,create a classroom cooperative learning teaching environment for students,and use cooperative teaching methods to maximize the effectiveness of classroom cooperative learning.

        2. An effective way to construct a cooperative learning model in the class

        (1)Based on teaching goals,establish teaching tasks

        Only when the realization of the teaching goal is ensured, the corresponding teaching content can be implemented. Before implementing classroom cooperative learning,English teachers must base themselves on the teaching goals,establish the correct teaching tasks,and must not "consider one and lose the other." For example,when the teacher teaches the content of "Campus Life",the teaching objectives of this lesson are two,one is "Students can understand the basic situation of campus life.",the other is "To train the students' ability of oral expression through the discussion of the campus life." Then before the teacher implements classroom cooperative learning,It is necessary to reasonably set up cooperative learning methods to achieve the above two teaching goals and ensure that the teaching tasks will not deviate from the teaching goals.

        (2)Reasonable grouping and efficient cooperation

        How to group is a very important step in the implementation of classroom cooperative learning. The level of the members in the group is different,but the level of ability between the groups should be roughly the same. Teachers should divide students according to their learning ability,learning habits,and learning level,and then distribute them to scientifically combine students. For example,when teachers teach the part of "The Environment" knowledge,they can organize students to compete in word memory. Specifically,the teacher first lists the key words of this unit,and then gives each group 10 minutes at the same time. Every member in the group must memorize all the words proficiently,and accept questions from other group members after 10 minutes .The members of the group answered alternately. In a limited time,it is difficult for students with lower levels to reach the level required by teachers,while students with higher levels can recite all the words quickly. For the victory of the team,students with higher levels should try their best Help low-level students to memorize words quickly. In this process,the effectiveness of classroom cooperative learning is invisibly brought into play. Students help each other,learn from each other,and complete group tasks together,thereby enhancing students' awareness and ability to cooperate.

        (3)Organize reflection and focus on comments

        Teachers must know that reflection is a very important part of learning. If students lack the awareness of reflection,it is difficult to recognize their own mistakes,sum up experience. Similarly,group cooperation also requires reflection. After teachers implement classroom cooperative learning,they can allow reflection within the group to find the?improvements. Still taking the example above,the teacher should organize the students to reflect appropriately after the students have finished the competition. Especially for the poorly performing group,it is necessary to think about why the group cooperation failed,whether it is subjective or objective,personal or collective,and so on. Summarize the experience of failure through reflection within the group. For example,in some groups,because high-level students take care of themselves,they did not help low-level students to memorize words,making low-level students "dumb" when faced with questions from other groups,which led to the failure of the entire group.
