（1）The Paradox between Disenchantment of Science and Its Significance for Life:Commemorating the Centenary of Weber’s Lecture"Science as a Vocation"

In his lecture “Science as a Vocation”,although Max Weber put forward the famous value neutrality principle of scientific researches,he gave a distorted explanation under the misleading of the binary opposition structure:because he separated facts and values as completely heterogeneous things,he did not see the pivotal role of the need to link the two and the complex relationship between cognitive and non-cognitive needs.While advocating the value neutrality and disenchantment effect of science,he also asserts that scientific knowledge can't justify value systems,and he even believes that modern science mainly destroys those noble ultimate values and lacks the positive meaning of life,which is full of logical contradictions and falls into the self-defeating paradox.

（2）Counter-cyclical Operation and Prudent Management in the Process of RMB Exchange Rate Marketization

The reform of the central parity pricing mechanism of the RMB exchange rate and the relaxation of the exchange rate fluctuation limit indicate that the process of China's exchange rate marketization is constantly advancing.In order to hedge the pro-cyclical fluctuations of the exchange rate market,counter-cyclical factors and the foreign exchange risk reserve tools are introduced in China.This paper finds that the combination of counter-cyclical factor and foreign exchange risk reserve strategy can hedge pro-cyclical fluctuations.In the foreign exchange market with irrational behavior and procyclicality,counter-cyclical operations and prudent management should be adopted to suppress irrational behavior.However,as the market returns to rationality,the counter-cyclical factor and foreign exchange risk reserve should be cancelled in time.At the same time,in order to promote marketization,we should further increase the weight of supply and demand factors in the foreign exchange market in the pricing mechanism and continue to relax the restrictions range of exchange rate fluctuations.

（3）Between “Explanation” and “Annotation” :from Confucian Hermeneutics to Literary Hermeneutics

In recent years,Zhang Jiang proposes the notion of “contemporary Chinese hermeneutics”,which is of great practical significance and academic value.Ancient China had abundant hermeneutic thoughts and practices,and had its own unique thinking and discourse style.Therefore,we should and be able to construct different hermeneutic theories that are adapted to Chinese cultural context.Confucian hermeneutics is undoubtedly the most important part of ancient Chinese hermeneutics.Primitive Confucianism has developed two hermeneutic paths of“explanation” and “annotation”.Later generations'new study of Confucian classics and old study of Confucian classics,as well as Han acdemics and Song academics have been enriched along these two paths,which provide substantial thought resources for us to establish contemporary Chinese hermeneutics.To sort out and study these ideological resources is the right way to construct China today.For this purpose,reviewing and researching into these thought resources would be the most important and fundamental work.

（4）Research on Township Mediation System during Nanjing National Government Period

Mediation is an dispute_solving ways with spontaneity and folk character.During Nanjing National Government period,township mediation committee began to undertake the task of mediating social disputes at the grassroots level with the initiative of local self governance system and no effect of Civil Mediation System in Court.Township mediation system during Nanjing National Government period did not receive the expected results because of frequent changes in local system,shallow system design and perfunctory system implementation.But the value of the system should not be neglected.Township mediation system during Nanjing National Government period promoted grass-roots social stability,relieved the pressure of shortage of judicial resources,pushed forward the legalization process of mediation system in China.Especially,the township mediation system changed the spontaneous and arbitrary mediation in traditional society and preliminarily realized the organization and institutionalization of mediation which provide some reference significance for the present mediation system.

（5）The Time Value and Normative Interpretation of the Special Pardon for the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China

On the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China,the implementation of special pardon again can not only play its inherent criminal policy function,but also highlight the great time value.On the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China,the special pardon can be applied to three types of criminals:those who have made positive contributions to the country and the people;those who belong to special groups who need lenient treatment;and those who need to be compensated by the special pardon,based on judicial practice and the specific circumstances of themselves.Its substantive applicable conditions should be grasped from both subjective and objective aspects,that is,prisoners must confess and repent subjectively,and objectively assessed does not have real social danger.The implementation of special pardon should follow the principles of legality,fairness,justice,prudence and order,and proceed steadily in accordance with the existing procedures.

（6）Relationship Operation:The Space Practice of Social Organizations’ Participation in Grassroots Governance——A Case Study of RB Project Purchased by G Municipal Government

With the in-depth advancement of China’s economic system reform,social organizations led by professional social work services are gradually recognized by the central and local party committees and governments.The participation of social organizations in grassroots social governance and social services has objectively changed the system of social management and social services by the government,and promoted the transformation of government’s social functions and the construction of a new social system with “division of labor and cooperation between government and society” as its core.The practical and institutional space for social organizations to participate in grassroots social governance and social services requires not only the support of government policies and grassroots officials,but also the self-expansion of social organizations.This makes the space for social organizations to participate in grassroots social governance can not be separated from the relationship between social organizations and grassroots officials,thus providing opportunities for grassroots officials to pursue profits,but also gives special sociological significance to the relationship operation in the system construction.
