        基于模擬退火算法的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化

        摘 ?要: 現(xiàn)代文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新需要設(shè)計(jì)師花費(fèi)大量的腦力勞動(dòng),并需要結(jié)合感性與理性思維。因此,高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)需要花費(fèi)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間。為了在保證產(chǎn)品多樣化和質(zhì)量的同時(shí),有效提高設(shè)計(jì)效率,提出一種基于模擬退火算法的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法。首先以造型元素為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)模型幾何拓?fù)鋵傩赃M(jìn)行分析,生成三角網(wǎng)格樣本點(diǎn)。然后通過(guò)面相似性計(jì)算分析構(gòu)建相應(yīng)鄰接矩陣,并使用模擬退火算法對(duì)目標(biāo)最大團(tuán)進(jìn)行挖掘,從而模擬人類創(chuàng)新思維的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。以卡通表情造型為創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例進(jìn)行算法仿真,并以遺傳算法作為對(duì)比驗(yàn)證提出方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。

        Abstract: The innovation of modern cultural creative products require designers to spend a lot of mental labor, and needs to combine sensibility and rational thinking. Therefore, high quality product design takes a long time. In order to improve the design efficiency while ensuring product diversification and quality, an optimization method for cultural creative product design based on simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. The geometrical topological properties of the model are analyzed based on the modeling elements. The triangular mesh sample points are generated. The corresponding adjacency matrix is constructed by means of the surface similarity calculation analysis. The simulated annealing algorithm is used to mine the target maximum group, which simulates the design process of human innovative thinking. The algorithm simulation is carried out with cartoon expressions as an example of innovative design. The validity and practicability of the proposed method are verified by genetic algorithm as a contrast object.

        進(jìn)入21 世紀(jì)以來(lái),全世界不同地域和國(guó)家之間的文化交流越來(lái)越頻繁,極大促進(jìn)了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。我國(guó)在政策和意識(shí)導(dǎo)向上均對(duì)文化創(chuàng)新有著較大的扶持力度。但是隨著社會(huì)工作節(jié)奏的不斷加快,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的速度也隨之不斷提高,用戶多樣化的情感需求也逐漸增多,因此如何進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)以不斷滿足消費(fèi)者的各種需求,成為現(xiàn)代文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品造型效果的好壞是每一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)師十分重視的問(wèn)題,但是現(xiàn)代文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新需要設(shè)計(jì)師花費(fèi)大量的腦力勞動(dòng),需要運(yùn)用探索性思維,并結(jié)合感性與理性思維。因此,高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)需要花費(fèi)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間[1?3]。如何利用先進(jìn)的智能設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)來(lái)縮短創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品造型研發(fā)周期,提高設(shè)計(jì)的效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低人工成本,具有較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)研究?jī)r(jià)值[4?5]。

        目前,基于計(jì)算機(jī)智能技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品造型研究尚處于起步階段,其中較為典型的算法為遺傳算法。文獻(xiàn)[6]提出一種基于遺傳算法優(yōu)化神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的筆記本產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)。文獻(xiàn)[7]提出結(jié)合元胞遺傳算法和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遺傳算法的產(chǎn)品造型創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)新方法,為創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)提供了有效的輔助與支持。文獻(xiàn)[8]針對(duì)文化產(chǎn)品的造型設(shè)計(jì)提出遺傳算法的設(shè)計(jì)元素多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,并以小音箱為例進(jìn)行了有效性驗(yàn)證,得到了較好的效果。雖然同為智能進(jìn)化算法,但是模擬退火與遺傳算法有一定的不同之處。模擬退火算法采用單個(gè)個(gè)體進(jìn)行進(jìn)化且由參數(shù)問(wèn)題[t]控制,然后通過(guò)一定的操作產(chǎn)生新的解,根據(jù)當(dāng)前解的優(yōu)劣和溫度參數(shù)[t]確定是否接受當(dāng)前的新解[9?11]。相比基于遺傳算法的產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì),模擬退火算法更加有利于模擬設(shè)計(jì)思維中的細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。因此,本文提出一種基于模擬退火算法的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法。以卡通表情造型為創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例進(jìn)行算法仿真,并以遺傳算法作為對(duì)比驗(yàn)證提出方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。

        4 ?結(jié) ?語(yǔ)

        本文提出基于模擬退火算法的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法。以造型元素為基礎(chǔ),生成符合幾何拓?fù)鋵傩缘娜蔷W(wǎng)格樣本點(diǎn),并使用模擬退火算法對(duì)最大團(tuán)的最優(yōu)化問(wèn)題進(jìn)行挖掘求解。卡通表情造型的具體應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了提出方法的可行性和高效性。但是僅以相似值為量化評(píng)估指標(biāo)不能較為全面地客觀評(píng)價(jià)算法的挖掘性能,實(shí)際應(yīng)用仍需尋找適用度較廣的指標(biāo)。因此,后續(xù)將對(duì)基于智能進(jìn)化算法的產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估指標(biāo)開展進(jìn)一步研究。
