【摘要】 目的：觀(guān)察門(mén)冬氨酸鳥(niǎo)氨酸聯(lián)合乳果糖治療肝性腦?。╬atients encephalopathy，HE）患者的臨床效果。方法：72例HE患者根據(jù)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為兩組，兩組入院后均予以綜合措施治療，對(duì)照組（36例）在此基礎(chǔ)上加用門(mén)冬氨酸鳥(niǎo)氨酸治療，觀(guān)察組（36例）在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用乳果糖治療，兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。比較兩組患者治療總有效率，檢測(cè)兩組患者治療前后谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶（ALT）、總膽紅素（TBIL）及血氨等表達(dá)水平變化，采用數(shù)字連接試驗(yàn)（NCT）與數(shù)字符號(hào)試驗(yàn)（DST）評(píng)估兩組患者治療前后認(rèn)知功能狀態(tài)。結(jié)果：觀(guān)察組患者治療總有效率（88.89%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（66.67%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組患者治療前ALT、TBIL及血氨水平比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），兩組患者治療后ALT、TBIL及血氨水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且觀(guān)察組治療后低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;兩組患者治療前NCT時(shí)間、DST評(píng)分比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），兩組患者治療后NCT時(shí)間明顯縮短，DST評(píng)分明顯升高（P<0.05），且觀(guān)察組治療后優(yōu)于對(duì)照組 （P<0.05）。結(jié)論：門(mén)冬氨酸鳥(niǎo)氨酸聯(lián)合乳果糖治療HE患者療效顯著，不但可改善肝功能和降低血氨水平，還可改善患者認(rèn)知功能。

Clinical Observation of Nmda Ornithine Combined with Lactulose on the Treatment of Patients with Hepatic Encephalopathy/SONG Fangmin，LI Dan，WANG Liang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（19）：-18

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Nmda Ornithine combined with Lactulose on the treatment of patients with hepatic encephalopathy （HE）.

Method：A total of 72 HE patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method，both groups were treated with comprehensive measures after admission，the control group（36 cases） was treated with Nmda ornithine on this basis，and the observation group（36 cases） was treated with lactulose on the basis of the control group，both groups were treated for 14 days.The total effective rate of the two groups were compared，and the expression levels of ALT，TBIL and serum ammonia before and after treatment were detected.The cognitive function status of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated by number connection test（NCT） and digital symbol test（DST）.Result：The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.89%，significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference about ALT，TBIL and serum ammonia levels between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05），and ALT，TBIL and serum ammonia levels of the two groups significantly decreased after treatment（P<0.05），and the observation group after treatment decreased more obvious than that of the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference about NCT time and DST score between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment，the NCT time of the two groups was significantly shortened（P<0.05），and the DST score significantly increased（P<0.05）.The observation group after treatment was more significantly shortened and increased than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of Nmda Ornithine combined with Lactulose for HE patients has a significant curative effect，which can not only improve the liver function and reduce the blood ammonia level，but also improve the cognitive function of patients.
