2018年11月2日，首屆中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目金融峰會(huì)在重慶舉行。峰會(huì)由中國(guó)商務(wù)部、中國(guó)人民銀行、中國(guó)銀保監(jiān)會(huì)、中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)、國(guó)家外管局、新加坡貿(mào)易與工業(yè)部、新加坡金融管理局、重慶市政府共同主辦。百余位中外嘉賓在重慶共同探討打造中國(guó)—東盟金融合作新典范，以金融合作推動(dòng)國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道建設(shè)。

會(huì)議期間，46家中國(guó)與新加坡雙方主體共達(dá)成了36項(xiàng)合作協(xié)議，并簽約設(shè)立100億元規(guī)模的中國(guó)金融科技產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金。其中，重慶市政府與中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展銀行、中國(guó)工商銀行、中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行、盛裕控股集團(tuán)達(dá)成3項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略合作，將支持對(duì)接“一帶一路”的中新互聯(lián)互通陸海新通道、普惠金融發(fā)展等重大經(jīng)濟(jì)合作項(xiàng)目，未來(lái)5年將累計(jì)為重慶帶來(lái)9500億元的資金支持。

在峰會(huì)框架內(nèi)的“對(duì)接‘一帶一路’的中新互聯(lián)互通陸海新通道金融合作圓桌會(huì)議”上，重慶市副市長(zhǎng)劉桂平發(fā)出倡議，并提出了西部?。▍^(qū)、市）共同推進(jìn)對(duì)接“一帶一路”的中新互聯(lián)互通項(xiàng)目陸海新通道金融合作的10條建議，得到與會(huì)省區(qū)市的認(rèn)同，達(dá)成了共識(shí)。

On November 2， 2018， the first China-Singapore （Chongqing） Strategic Interconnectivity Project Financial Summit was held in Chongqing. The summit was co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce， the People's Bank of China， the China Banking Regulatory Commission， the China Securities Regulatory Commission， the State Administration of Foreign Exchange， the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore， the Monetary Authority of Singapore， and the Chongqing Municipal Government. More than 100 Chinese and foreign guests have jointly explored a new paradigm for China-ASEAN financial cooperation in Chongqing， and promoted the building of a new channel for international land and maritime trade through financial cooperation.

During the meeting， 46 Chinese and Singapore entities reached 36 cooperation agreements and signed a contract and set 10 billion yuan as China's financial and technology industry investment fund. Among them， the Chongqing Municipal Government and China Agricultural Development Bank， Industrial and Commercial Bank of China， China Construction Bank， and Surbana Jurong Holding Group reached three strategic cooperation projects. They will also support major economic projects like the the"Belt and Road" Sino-Singapore interconnectivity Land&Maritime New Channel， inclusive financial development. These cooperation projects will bring 950 billion yuan in revenues to Chongqing in the next five years.

Under the summit framework of the “Docking the ‘Belt and Road’ China-Singapore Interconnectivity Land and Maritime New Channel Financial Cooperation Roundtable”， Chongqing Vice Mayor Liu Guiping issued an initiative and proposed 10 recommendations for the western provinces （autonomous regions and municipalities） to jointly boost the “Belt and Road” China-Singapore Interconnectivity Project Land and Maritime New Channel Financial Cooperation， which were recognized by the participating provinces and municipalities and over which they reached a consensus.
