在日建設計的120年的歷程中,經(jīng)歷了整個日本城市化發(fā)展的崛起和波折,這些實踐的總結對于今日中國突飛猛進的疾速發(fā)展來說,兩者的結合將會成為未來中國的一條新途徑。在這樣的平臺上,眾多擁有個性的年輕設計師們根據(jù)其不同的特長靈活組成的設計團隊,可以針對各種復雜的城市課題提供最為有效的各類解決方案。
這次我們從最近幾年在中國實踐的一系列作品中,分別選出了公共空間的營造、智慧與技術的應用、TOD與城市更新等3大主題。
希望通過同一時代中不同設計師的這些形式迥異的作品,能夠對中國城市的未來引出一些廣泛的且可實施性的解答。

NIKKEN SEKKEI with 2,500 employees covers various fields including planning,urban strategy, architecture, structural equipment, civil engineering, underground space and so on. Hundreds of projects have been completed in China since the early 1980s. As one of the world’s largest comprehensive design companies,our organization has always maintained its innovative vitality by giving full play to the wisdom of individuals and the diversity of creativity.

In the course of 120 years of NIKKEN SEKKEI, it has experienced the rise and twist of urbanization in Japan. The combination of the summary of these practices and the rapid development of China today will become a new way for China in the future. Many young designers with personality can flexibly form the design team according to their different strengths on such a platform, which can provide the most effective solutions for various complex urban issues.
This time we selected three themes: the construction of public space, the application of intelligence and technology, TOD and urban regeneration from a series of works that have been practiced in China in recent years.
We hope that through the works of very different forms from different designers in the same era, we can draw some broad and practical answers to the future of Chinese cities.
