More than 30 years ago， Yuan Yong led a fine arts team to visit Mo Kao Grotto at Dunhuang in West China for sketching. Since then， he has devoted himself to drawing and studying the frescoes of Mo Kao Grotto， trying to showcase the long history and incredible artistic achievements of these murals. To invent a particular technology to effectively and realistically copy these murals， Yuan later began to conduct researches on comprehensive material paintings， and experienced numerous failures in experiments， seeking for the artistic results he wanted. Today， Yuan uses the technique of portable murals to successfully represent Dunhuang frescoes， the art treasure left by Chinese ancestors.

國學(xué)巖彩、歲月痕跡、魅力之魂、窮其一生、追求卓越。追朔我國五千多年的藝術(shù)史，我們的祖先采用礦物質(zhì)顏料，在巖壁上繪制出美麗的圖案，一代代傳承至今，給我們留下了舉世無雙的燦爛文化藝術(shù)，敦煌壁畫、拉薩唐卡等讓人目不暇接。1982年袁勇先生被選為四川省輕工學(xué)會美術(shù)設(shè)計組組長，他帶隊外出寫生，來到了敦煌莫高窟，與敦煌壁畫近距離接觸，那一幅幅美麗的圖案讓袁勇應(yīng)接不暇。當(dāng)時每個洞窟收費10元，而袁勇每月工資才20多元，無奈只參觀了10個洞窟，那時他就想，能用一種特殊的技術(shù)將其復(fù)制多好，讓中華藝術(shù)瑰寶走向世界。后來涌現(xiàn)出大量工筆畫，雖然非常美，但鮮艷的色彩，光滑的線條，體現(xiàn)不了敦煌壁畫經(jīng)歷史歲月留下的魅力之魂。一批畫家采用綜合材料打底，作為繪畫載體表現(xiàn)敦煌壁畫的歲月痕跡，但又出現(xiàn)了不便攜帶易碎的新問題。30多年前袁勇拜著名現(xiàn)代工業(yè)設(shè)計師方怒洪和四川美院楊仁敏教授為師，老師的一句話讓他受益匪淺：在創(chuàng)作上運用肌理手段，達到意想不到的藝術(shù)效果，一直是藝術(shù)家們樂此不疲的事情。從此袁勇便投入到綜合材料畫的研究，經(jīng)過無數(shù)次的試驗，嘗盡成功與失敗的酸甜苦辣，在反反復(fù)復(fù)的肯定與否決中尋找著他想要的藝術(shù)效果。今天，袁勇用所學(xué)到的技法——便攜式壁畫，再現(xiàn)祖先留下的千年藝術(shù)瑰寶敦煌壁畫。這種便攜式壁畫攻破了巖彩畫硬、脆、重的難關(guān)，使其柔軟起來，可像國畫那樣卷起，便于攜帶；為了提升其收藏性，袁勇還攻關(guān)研究成功了防火、防水、防龜裂、抗氧化、防假冒等性能，由于制作工藝特殊，哪怕作者本人都不可復(fù)制，具有很高的收藏價值。

Born in Chengdu city of Southwest China in 1956， Yuan Yong graduated from Suzhou Arts and Crafts College in 1984， and later studied from Prof. Yang Renmin at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 2004. Yuan now is a member of Chinese Artists Association， member of Sichuan Artists Association， and Senior Researcher at China International Modern Arts Research Center.

His works have received a great deal of awards at national level， including the Silver Award of National Yellow River Soul Arts Contest in 2010， the honorary title of China Contemporary Renowned Oil Painter in 2011， the Golden Award of China International Modern Arts Research Center， etc. Yuans works have also been collected by many institutions in China.

袁勇， 1956年出生于成都市溫江區(qū)，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，四川省美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，1982年至1984年就讀于蘇州工藝美術(shù)學(xué)院包裝裝潢系，2004年拜四川美院楊仁敏教授為師，2010年參加全國黃河魂藝術(shù)大賽獲銀獎。現(xiàn)為黃河魂文化書畫院院士，2011年榮獲當(dāng)代油畫藝術(shù)名家榮譽稱號，受聘于中國國際現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)研究中心高級研究員，四川省西嶺風(fēng)書畫院常務(wù)院長，榮獲中國國際現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)研究中心金獎藝術(shù)家獎杯。

2012年《天地之間》系列油畫入編天津人民美術(shù)出版社《盛世收藏——中國當(dāng)代最具影響力的書畫名家》。2013年《三星堆神人祭》系列油畫入編博寶藝術(shù)網(wǎng)《潛力藝術(shù)家年鑒》。2014年《三星堆神人祭》系列油畫再次入編天津人民美術(shù)出版社《中國當(dāng)代名家書畫年鑒》。2012年《天地之間》系列油畫22幅被北京博寶藝術(shù)網(wǎng)收購。2012年至2017年全部作品圖片入選全國郵票及覆蓋全國的充值卡發(fā)行。2011年至2015的作品全部被四川省來德書院收藏。

袁勇追求卓越，研究創(chuàng)作成功了“便攜式壁畫”，不但淋漓盡致地展現(xiàn)了壁畫千年歲月痕跡，而且便于攜帶，對傳承中華民族千年文化具有重要意義。
