多邊貿(mào)易體制不是靜態(tài)的，而是不斷發(fā)展的，需要不斷涵蓋全球貿(mào)易出現(xiàn)的新議題。同時多邊貿(mào)易體制還存在本身的改革問題。就是讓W(xué)TO的運行更有效率，包括恢復(fù)談判的功能，在爭端解決機制上更公平且更有效，在成員國的監(jiān)管上更透明等。

在困難時期，絕不能通過減工資和解雇職工讓職工“痛”，而要保證職工福利待遇不動。也不能讓企業(yè)“痛”，成本上升利潤下降，企業(yè)已經(jīng)很“痛”，再“痛”就保不住了。最重要的是讓政府“痛”，減稅減費要讓政府“痛”才行。政府困難，企業(yè)和員工就都比較好過，企業(yè)和員工好過了，政府后面就會好過。

谷歌因未公開Nest防護罩內(nèi)置麥克風(fēng)再起隱私風(fēng)波

2月初，谷歌宣布其家庭安全系統(tǒng)Nest Secure可以做為人工智能的谷歌助手，但是谷歌卻刻意隱瞞此設(shè)備一開始就內(nèi)置了麥克風(fēng)，使用者被嚇得措手不及。在此之前，客戶根本不知道Nest Secure內(nèi)置麥克風(fēng)的存在。

BestVPN.com的數(shù)字隱私專家RayWalsh說：“Nest未公開其家庭安全系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)置麥克風(fēng)是一個巨大的疏忽。盡管谷歌做出了安全保證，但事實卻是——該設(shè)備的內(nèi)置麥克風(fēng)，有可能被黑客或谷歌執(zhí)行隱蔽的監(jiān)控而進行非法訪問。”

Google failed to notify customers it put microphones in Nest security systems

Customers were caught off guard in early February when Google announced its home security system, Nest Secure, would be able to act as an AI-powered Google Assistant after a recent update. Until then, customers weren’t aware that Nest Secure had a microphone at all.

“Nest’s failure to disclose the onboard microphone included in its secure home security system is a massive oversight,” said Ray Walsh, a digital privacy expert at BestVPN.com. “Despite Google’s assurances, the fact is that the device has a microphone which could potentially have been hacked or accessed by Google to perform covert corporate surveillance.”
