The household contract system in rural areas solved the problem of lack of incentives for agricultural production.In the 40 years of reform and opening-up,rural reform and even the overall economic reform have been carried out around giving farmers the right to allocate production factors,enabling rural labor to withdraw from low-productivity production activities and entered into higher productivity production activities.This process is manifested in the decline of agricultural output value and employment share in the process of economic development.The logic behind this process is the redistribution of resources,which leads to the improvement of overall labor productivity and the rapid growth of China’s economy,as well as the full sharing of the achievements of reform and development by all residents due to full employment.The process of reform,development and sharing in China,which takes rural reform as its historical starting point and logical mainline,has completely tested many theoretical expectations of development economics,and can be regarded as a classic case of dual economic development.According to the same logic,further reforms oriented to the solution of the problems related to agriculture,countryside and farmers,and then the sustainable economic growth in China,should continue to focus on removing the institutional obstacles hindering the effective allocation of resources.

“Realism” is the core in Hilary Putnam’s many philosophical topics.Putnam realized in his latter part of life that it was essential to re-examine perception and make a new interpretation to defend the standpoint of realism.Represented by Ayer，the logical empiricists treated perception and sense materials the same，thereby separated the direct mind-world relationship.Putnam’s analysis demonstrated that the reason for such view of perception was not sufficient.There were two mistakes in its way of thinking，namely，foundationalism and “syntactic description”.Putnam concluded that perception was not the interface that separated us from the environment，not an event that occurred only in our brain，but one of our capabilities to interact with the environment.

Guo Moruo was fond of Chuang Tzu in his whole life.However，he did not satisfy with the chapterCriticismofChuangTzuin his bookCriticismontenquestions.He explained that this chapter was inspired by Zhang Taiyan’s thesis.We can learn from the analysis that the thinking way and main ideaofCriticismofChuangTzuis similar with that of Zhang Taiyan.They both think that the idea of Chuang Tzu as the representative of Taoism comes from the Confucian school.The idea that Chuang Tzu’ thought originated from Confucianism starts from Han Yu who lived in Tang dynasty.This idea developed by many famous scholars from Ming and Qing dynasty，which demonstrated that Taoism and Confucianism were identical in basics and logic.Yu Yingshi suggested for many times that Guo Moruo’sCriticismontenquestionsplagiarized Qian Mu’s work，which stirred the academic discussion on this topic for decades.The arguments of works published after Qian Mu But are very similar with that of Zhang Taiyan and Guo Moruo.That Qian Mu did not explained the source of his argument does not mean that he is not honest.Actually，in the changing time of Chinese culture，the later scholars should sympathetically consider more about the condition of previous time and do not question previous scholars with modern standards.

——An empirical study based on heterogeneity and nonlinearity

Informatization is of great significance for China to promote the new and old kinetic energy conversion and to speed up the construction of an innovation-oriented country.From the perspective of heterogeneity and nonlinearity，this paper used the provincial panel data of China from 2003 to 2016 and panel fixed effect model and panel threshold model to empirically analyses the relationship between informatization investments and regional innovation capability.The study finds that informatization investments significantly improve regional innovation capability，especially in areas with high levels of human capital，financial development，technology market and transportation infrastructure，and low level of intervention from local government.Since the implementation of the national informatization development strategy in 2006，the innovation spillover effect caused by informatization has been significantly enhanced.Moreover，informatization investments have not yet demonstrated obvious marginal decreasing effect on regional innovation capability，but have a significant network effect.That is，when network users exceeds the critical value of 24.19%，informatization investment will promote regional innovation capability more strongly.

The income of female migrants，especially young female migrants and its determinants are important research areas of demography and sociology.Based on the 2015 national monitoring data of 2015 national migrant population，the paper uses the multiple linear regression model to analyze the current income situation of the young female migrant population and its determinants from four dimensions: personal characteristics，marriage and birth，migrant experience and gender.The result shows that the four factors have an important impact on the income of young female migrant population and can discover the income problems of young female migrant population and gender difference.Finally，the paper puts forward some targeted and operative recommendation policies from the perspective of individuals，employers and government departments.
