R-land北京源樹景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計事務(wù)所

如同2007年龍湖地產(chǎn)奇跡般的創(chuàng)造了北京“龍湖滟瀾山”一樣，2016年北京天行九州旅游置業(yè)開發(fā)有限公司在秦皇島向業(yè)界打造了一個現(xiàn)代版的烏托邦社區(qū)阿那亞。從2014年第一次接觸此項目至今，看到她從無到有的全過程，應(yīng)該說是當(dāng)下時代的最經(jīng)典的產(chǎn)物之一，幾乎不可復(fù)制。我們稱之為“aranya”現(xiàn)象。單從景觀設(shè)計一方面無法詮釋阿那亞，這里只就涉及到的點點滴滴展示給每位讀者。

真正意義上的阿那亞準確說應(yīng)是從三期開始。建筑規(guī)劃確定了她的風(fēng)格是“希臘漁村”的情景，馬寅與劉昕2位老總都非常明確地強調(diào)這是他們接手“阿那亞”后第一個推出的產(chǎn)品，景觀是成敗的關(guān)鍵，要求完全“脫地產(chǎn)”。首先對為何最終選定“希臘漁村”這一概念不做過多評述，就建筑本身而言比較容易真實地傳達這種所期待的氛圍，但是落到景觀上就變成很難去把握和控制。首先“希臘漁村”的植被和景觀中唱主角的人物是完全不可復(fù)制的，再加上斑駁的白墻，海藍色的門窗及略顯老舊但又十分厚重的石料很可能成為最終失控的元素之一。為了降低實現(xiàn)設(shè)計所帶來的難度系數(shù)，采用3cm厚的兩側(cè)各收1cm的機切面壓頂將公共區(qū)出現(xiàn)的所有花壇、水池都做了收邊，規(guī)避了因水刷石表面裝飾易損的美中不足，還讓其顯得輕巧和與眾不同；其次又將橢圓形樹池座椅做成亞光與釉光面穿插的馬賽克碎拼面材進行處理，表現(xiàn)自由、陽光、個性但又不失完整的整體風(fēng)格；最后場地的鋪裝材料選用火山巖取代了花崗巖或板巖碎拼，并采用寬窄不一長短各異的組拼手法，減少了施工中的難易度，也保證了同種材料的差異性。這里并沒有過多的強調(diào)每一個節(jié)點的創(chuàng)意，也沒有迎合當(dāng)今的傳統(tǒng)流行做法，不同的只是在每一個細部處理上力求日后不失當(dāng)初的氛圍營造。設(shè)計上不求標新立異，只期待如何低耗能的持久，并無時無刻地呈現(xiàn)高尚謙虛的奢華。如果能做到這一點那就是本項目的成功。

與大區(qū)不同的是這里設(shè)置了一處不規(guī)整細長的南北向的橫軸，以作為現(xiàn)實“烏托邦”社區(qū)的戶外平臺。用喬木組合成不同角度、不同大小，半開半合的交流式院落空間，所有的空間都沒有一個明確的界限范圍，均顯現(xiàn)若有若無、若隱若現(xiàn)的空間形態(tài)，為居民提供了更多的選擇可能性。鋪裝刻意采用了200×200mm黑白灰3色無規(guī)律的漸變形式，強化空間尺度的同時，突出大海的奔放、陽光、熱烈，地被花卉均規(guī)整地種植在圓形的樹池之

英文校譯：琳賽 洛特，蘇暢中，利用微地形起伏緩解過于平坦的鋪裝場地，又利用抬高兩級臺階，界定了“靜”與“動”兩種不同功能需求的場所空間，更使得原本曖昧的空間不失明快、單純、簡潔的功能布局。

這里，設(shè)計思考的不是如何去創(chuàng)造一個全新的視覺享受空間，也不過于彰顯每個細部的處理手法，更不希望突出某個局部的所謂“主景”的營造。設(shè)計上所做的努力，提供了一個不容易隨時間變化而漸漸失去原設(shè)計形式和空間尺度的場所，這就要求從設(shè)計的一開始就嚴格界定每種元素的明確范圍，包括植被，讓這些希望達到的氛圍空間可以被感受到、被看得到—無形中的有形。

As the basis of an outdoor platform in a real“uian” community, we have used a combination of trees to form various garden spaces each communicating with the other in regard to differing degrees of angle, size and openness. The spaces do not have definite boundaries but instead reflect a blur of spatial shapes which in turn provides more choice for the residents. The pavement on the site consists of specially selected 200×200 pavers of black, white and grey and present with an irregular and gradual change. The overall effect has been to highlight seaside attributes of sunshine, warmth and openness. In the meantime, ground cover plants and flowers have been planted in neat circular garden beds incorporating trees whilst shaping an undulating terrain to ease the spatial effect created by flat areas of pavement. In addition, two steps have been incorporated in various areas of the site def i ning different functional requirements of “still”and “dynamic” and giving the original spaces a bright and simple presentation.

Throughout the design process of this project, we chose not to think about how to invent a new visual experience or how to highlight the details and creation of a main landscape focus. Instead, we sought to provide a solution to not losing the original design intention easily over a long period of time. This required that a straightforward pursuit of ideas and scenes be given up from the beginning of the design and instead to pursue the creation of a spatial atmosphere that could be felt and seen and to at last reach the conception of “tangibility within intangibility”.
