關(guān)于反腐形象表述的翻譯

1. 堅(jiān)定不移“打虎”“拍蠅”“獵狐”。

We have taken firm action to “take out tigers,” “swat flies” and “hunt down foxes.”（請(qǐng)注意動(dòng)詞使用，很生動(dòng)。“狐”指外逃分子。）

2. 巡視利劍作用彰顯。

Disciplinary inspections have cut like a blade through corruption and misconduct.（翻譯形象到位）

3. 堅(jiān)持無(wú)禁區(qū)、全覆蓋、零容忍。

We will continue to see that there are no no-go zones, no ground is left unturned, and no tolerance is shown for corruption.

4. 強(qiáng)化不敢腐的震懾，扎牢不能腐的籠子，增強(qiáng)不想腐的自覺(jué)。

We will strengthen deterrence so of ficials daren’t be corrupt, strengthen the cage of institutions so they’re unable to be corrupt, and strengthen their vigilance so that they have no desire to commit corruption.（此譯法準(zhǔn)確，對(duì)應(yīng)性很強(qiáng)）

secure a sweeping victory in the fight against corruption （前句態(tài)勢(shì)指的是取得的成果，此句勝利指的是今后的目標(biāo)，有區(qū)別）

16. 當(dāng)前，反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜，鞏固壓倒性態(tài)勢(shì)、奪取壓倒性勝利的決心必須堅(jiān)如磐石。
