[摘要]目的 研究細(xì)節(jié)護(hù)理在固定矯正患者護(hù)理安全中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2016年7月～2017年7月我院正畸科實(shí)施固定矯正的200例患者作為研究對(duì)象，按照數(shù)字隨機(jī)法將患者分成對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各100例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)固定矯正護(hù)理措施，研究組實(shí)施細(xì)節(jié)護(hù)理。對(duì)比分析兩組的護(hù)理效果和安全性。結(jié)果 研究組矯正治療不良事件的總發(fā)生率為3%（3例），低于對(duì)照組的28%（28例）（P<0.05）；研究組的護(hù)理總滿意度為97%（97例），對(duì)照組為81%（81例），研究組的護(hù)理總滿意度高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 細(xì)節(jié)護(hù)理可有效降低固定矯正治療中牙釉質(zhì)脫礦、托槽松動(dòng)、牙齦炎、齲齒等矯正治療不良事件的發(fā)生率，提高護(hù)理安全性，提升護(hù)理效果和護(hù)理滿意度，該護(hù)理方式可在固定矯正患者護(hù)理中推廣應(yīng)用。

Application of detail nursing in nursing care of patients with fixed correction

[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of detail nursing in nursing care of patients with fixed correction. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017， 200 patients who underwent orthodontic fixation in our hospital were selected as the research data. The patients were divided into two groups according to the digital randomization method， 100 cases in each group. The control group was received routine fixed correction nursing measures， the study group was used details of care. Two groups of patients with the effect and safety of care were compared. Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 3% （3 cases）， the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 28% （28 cases）， and the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97% （97 cases）. The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81% （81 cases）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events such as enamel demineralization， loose brackets， gingivitis and dental caries during fixed orthodontic treatment， improve nursing safety， improve nursing effect and nursing satisfaction in the fixed correction of patient care to promote the application.

護(hù)理安全是醫(yī)院護(hù)理工作中一直特別強(qiáng)調(diào)且非常重視的一項(xiàng)工作，護(hù)理中安全問題、不良事件的發(fā)生將對(duì)就診患者造成不良影響，降低治療效果，并引發(fā)醫(yī)患矛盾[1]。固定矯正治療，是解除錯(cuò)頜畸形、美觀牙齒的重要方式，應(yīng)用矯正裝置可起到調(diào)整面部骨骼、牙齒和頜面部神經(jīng)、肌肉間協(xié)調(diào)性的作用，保證口頜系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定、平衡與美觀。但在實(shí)際的固定矯正中，部分患者存在矯正裝置松動(dòng)、錯(cuò)位、牙齦炎等問題，影響了治療效果，通過實(shí)施細(xì)節(jié)護(hù)理，可有效降低這類安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生，提高固定矯正效果。細(xì)節(jié)護(hù)理從小處著手，可顯著提高患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量和安全性[2-3]。為了明確細(xì)節(jié)護(hù)理在固定矯正患者護(hù)理安全中的應(yīng)用效果，本研究對(duì)我院正畸科選取實(shí)施固定矯正的進(jìn)行分組研究，具體內(nèi)容報(bào)道如下。
