圖5是摻量0.5%的3種不同粒徑微膠囊的自修復(fù)試樣在最大抗壓強(qiáng)度的60%下預(yù)壓損傷后在室溫下養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期不同時的強(qiáng)度修復(fù)率。從圖 5可以明顯看出，強(qiáng)度修復(fù)率隨養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期的增長而明顯增加，當(dāng)養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期超過 7 d 后，強(qiáng)度修復(fù)率仍呈現(xiàn)出增加趨勢，但強(qiáng)度已經(jīng)不再明顯增長。由此可以推斷出，養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期在3～7 d內(nèi)，強(qiáng)度修復(fù)率最高，養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期超出一定的范圍，修復(fù)劑已經(jīng)大量固化，強(qiáng)度修復(fù)率逐漸降低。

在臨床治療中，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)患病牛的瘤胃內(nèi)容物腐敗發(fā)酵，可以選擇胃管，從口腔插入瘤胃內(nèi)，向其中灌入0.1%的高錳酸鉀溶液，或1%的碳酸氫鈉溶液進(jìn)行洗胃，加速瘤胃內(nèi)容物排出，洗胃結(jié)束后，向牛瘤胃中注入新鮮的瘤胃液。針對采用洗胃療法不能排出的內(nèi)容物，選擇使用硫酸鎂500 g、魚石脂20g、溫水4 000 mL，混合后1次灌服，加速牛瘤胃內(nèi)容物排出。另外，選擇使用苦味酊60 mL、稀鹽酸30 mL、酒精100 mL、溫開水500 mL，混合后1次灌服，1次/d，連續(xù)使用5 d。

竣工于20世紀(jì)60年代的建筑區(qū)域，重建了一個南廣場，TVS準(zhǔn)備了南廣場簽名幕墻的施工文件，并與Kahn及SDG密切合作，籌備相應(yīng)的施工文件。

Cobo翻修的工程量較大，其目的是幫助這一有50年歷史的建筑重拾往日競爭力。各區(qū)域的翻修按照其當(dāng)前可行性分階段進(jìn)行，先進(jìn)行可行性最低的部分。一個階段完成之后，再開始進(jìn)行下一個區(qū)域的翻修。直至各個區(qū)域在質(zhì)量和完整性方面均達(dá)到相同水平。同時按照臨時分區(qū)，分別進(jìn)行了外部翻新。翻修過程考慮各項業(yè)務(wù)，包括北美國際汽車展。

作為美國最早的會展中心之一，底特律科博會展中心曾一度享譽(yù)盛名。底特律各大主要活動以及一年一度的北美國際汽車展均在這里舉行。然而，面對會議業(yè)務(wù)的下滑，以及汽車展脫離汽車城的危險，政府撥款3億美元，希望可以恢復(fù)其在會議領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)先地位。在會展中心中央位置，40000平方英尺的兼具外觀和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢的跳舞場恢復(fù)其體育場功能。

As one of America’s earliest and once highly prestigious convention centers, it hosts Detroit’s premier event, the North American International Auto Show each year. With the city’s convention business in decline and threats of the Auto Show’s leaving Motor City, the State appropriated $300 million to restore the center to its earlier position of leadership in the Meetings Market. Its centerpiece is the repurposing of an arena that had lost its market into a highly finished, technically capable 40,000 sf ballroom.

A Symbol of Resurgence and Financial lndependence

Renovations to Cobo have been extensive in returning this fifty year old facility to competitiveness.Construction was phased to renovate areas of the building in order of their viability, with the least viable first. As a phase was complete, business was moved to it from the next least viable space for it to be renovated. This sequence will be followed until all areas are at the same level of quality and completeness. Certain exterior renovations are being accomplished separated by temporary partitions.No business has been lost including the North American International Auto Show.

Completing the first full year of operations after the renovation the center closed the fiscal year with revenue at $15,700,000 against operational expenses of $12,900,000 giving them a net income of$2,800,000.
