Abstract：political development is not only a necessary objective condition for the good development of political society in the world， but also an important subject in the academic circles of all countries. Xi Jinping's political development thought has an important guiding role in the reform of China's political system. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Xi Jinping's political development thought.

Political development refers to the evolution of political form and the corresponding political system from low level to advanced state. Xi Jinping's view of political development is an important part of Xi Jinping's political thought and a powerful weapon to guide the political construction of China. It is of great significance in the process of political development in China.

1.Strengthen political self-confidence and take the road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics.

Since the reform and opening up， on the basis of long-term exploration， our party has successfully opened the road to the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics， and unswervingly adheres to and develops this road， providing strong political guarantee for the economic and social development of our country. This is an important reason why we have made remarkable achievements in the world. To adhere to the path of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics， the key is to adhere to the leadership of the party， the people's ownership and the organic unification of the country according to law， in order to ensure the people's ownership as the basis， to enhance the vitality of the party and the state， to mobilize the enthusiasm of the people， to expand the socialist people and to develop the socialist political civilization.

2.Strengthen the leadership of the party and give full play to the core role of the party's leadership.

On the issue of adhering to the leadership of the party， Xi Jinping pointed out："China's greatest national condition is the leadership of the Communist Party of China. What is Chinese characteristics？ This is the Chinese characteristic. " The leading position of the Communist Party of China is the choice of history and people. To do a good job in China， the key is the party. As long as we understand the modern history of China， the modern history of China and the history of the Chinese revolution， it is not difficult to find that without the leadership of the Communist Party of China， our nation and our nation can not achieve such achievements today， nor can we have such an international status today.

3.Deepen political reform and promote self perfection and development of socialist political system.

It is an important task for the socialism with Chinese characteristics to enter into a new stage of development by adhering to and continuing to improve and develop our democratic politics through reform. Xi Jinping summed up the practical and theoretical achievements of our party， deeply elucidated all aspects of our country's democratic political construction， made a series of major theoretical innovations and put forward new tasks and requirements. The reform of the administrative system is an important part of the reform of the political system， and it must be pushed forward with the development of reform and opening up and socialist modernization.
