I can remember several years ago reading a book where the hero went through several hard periods and at one point in the midst of his pain and suffering cried out，“Where is love?” At that moment in my imagination I lost myself in the story,grabbed him by the arm and told him，“It's everywhere!It's everywhere! ”

Love is everywhere.You just have to open your heart to see it.

For me it is there every time I watch the dawn break upon a new day.It is there every time a winter breeze blows across my face.It is there in the first flower of Spring.It is there in the green grass of Summer.It is there in the last leaf of Fall.

It is there every time my handicapped sons give me a hug.It is there every time my daughter laughs at one of my dumb jokes.It is there in the adoring eyes of my old hunting dog and my newly-born dog.It is there in the purring（打呼嚕）cat that naps on my chest.It is there in the smile of the clerk behind the counter.It is there in the old man who opens a door for me.It is there when I read a letter from a friend.It is there every time I pray.It is there in everything I write and every act of kindness I do.

Don't shut out love then.Don't live your life in pain.

Open your heart instead.Share your love instead.You will find that the more love you give away,the more love you will have.You will find that the more love you share,the more love will surround you.You will find that when you live your life in love,you will find love everywhere.

猶記得多年前讀過(guò)的一本書(shū)中，里面的英雄幾度經(jīng)歷艱辛，在飽受折磨和痛苦中，一次他不禁吶喊：“哪里有愛(ài)？”看到此處，我仿佛也沉浸在故事中，抓著他的手臂，對(duì)他說(shuō)：“到處都是！無(wú)處不在！”

愛(ài)一直都在，只要你用心感受。

對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)愛(ài)在，黎明破曉新一天。愛(ài)在冬日冷風(fēng)迎面，春日初花綻放，夏日綠草如茵，秋日孤葉凋零。

對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，愛(ài)在身患?xì)埣驳膬鹤觽兘o我的每一個(gè)擁抱里，在女兒對(duì)我的冷笑話給予的微笑里，愛(ài)在我的老獵犬和新寵物狗崇拜的目光中，在我胸前小憩喵咪的呼嚕聲中。愛(ài)在柜臺(tái)后面服務(wù)員微笑，老人為我開(kāi)門(mén)。愛(ài)在閱讀友人來(lái)信，在我的每次禱告。愛(ài)在我的字里行間，愛(ài)在我的一言一行。

愛(ài)不只是口頭表達(dá)，不要生活在痛苦中。

不要緊閉心門(mén)，來(lái)吧，分享你的愛(ài)。你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)給予更多，就會(huì)得到更多。施與更多的愛(ài)，更多的愛(ài)也會(huì)與你形影不離。當(dāng)你的生活沐浴在愛(ài)之中，愛(ài)就無(wú)處不在。
