The world's tallest hotel has officially opened its doors in Dubai on 12thFeb， 2018-scaling the clouds and towering above the city below.

The Gevora Hotel is a new offering in the UAE hotspot's financial district--topping out at an incredible 356 meters high （1，168 feet），which is just barely trounces another Dubai sleeping spot -- the JW Marriott Marquis， which is just a meter shorter and was formerly the world's tallest hotel.

The luxurious Gevora is decked out in gold and includes a health club， sauna， pool and five glitzy restaurants.The Art Deco-style design accommodates 528 rooms -- with accommodation falling into three categories： Deluxe Room （46 square meters）， One-Bedroom Deluxe （62 square meters） and Two-Bedroom Suite （85 square meters）.

The four-star Gevora is designed to cater to business and leisure needs -- there's a pool with a view and a cafe and bake shop -- but also a business center and boardroom.

After undergoing six months of painstaking renovation， Hotel Savoy， a Rocco Forte Hotel in Florence built 125 years ago in 1893， officially reopens its doors on 13th April 2018. Cooperated with Italian fashion brand Emilio Pucci， director of Design Olga Polizzi has enhanced the timeless elegance of Hotel Savoy， using contemporary themes， hints of the Renaissance， Florentine fashion and the very best artisans of Florence.

The hotel entrance and lobby have been reinstated to their original grandeur， with a five meter high corniced ceiling. The fluid and mostly white space is punctuated with colourful art and design elements， including paintings by Luca Pignatelli. By reducing the number of rooms from 102 to 80， many of them have been completely restructured and have increased in size to offer guests a more luxurious and spacious experience. The new impressive 177m2 Duomo Presidential Suite， that occupies its own wing with splendid views of Brunelleschi’s stunning Dome. Each of the rooms and suites has been designed to give a sense of calm and freshness and the tranquil tones used， combined with the luxurious fabrics in a mix of materials， create a predominantly Italian feel， mirroring the essence of Rocco Forte.
