【Abstract】： with the development of the economy and the progress of the society， the museum industry in China has gradually developed. The exhibition design of the museum is an indispensable part of the museum construction. But for our current Museum exhibition design， there are lack of communication and cooperation between Museum Architectural Design and exhibition design， making the appearance and interior design of Museum lack relevance. This phenomenon is a major disadvantage of the development of the museum. The relationship between museum exhibition design and architecture is an important part of museum development. It is a trend of museum development to link Museum exhibition with architecture in form and content， so that the characteristics of museum can be reflected.

ⅠPresent situation of the exhibition design and architectural design in the Chinese Museum

The basic purpose of Museum exhibition design is to enable audiences to receive the exhibits' aesthetics and theme most effectively in limited time and space， and the museum has strong commemorative and educational significance due to the development history of museums. The display and display of the general museum are mainly based on the long term. A large and comprehensive museum often reflects the civilization level of a city and even a country to a certain extent. So the government departments usually take part in the whole process of design and layout. The general content of the exhibition is strictly audited to ensure the authority of its exhibits. Because of the limitations of the cultural atmosphere in the past， the buildings in all parts of the country have strong local characteristics. A strong sense of architectural form and the combination of local cultural collections can create a strong cultural atmosphere.
